From the moment we met Kusi in the lobby of our resort, we knew we were in the best hands. As a family who has never hired a nanny before, we were naturally nervous but the second I saw her warm smile and gentle nature, I felt completely at ease.

We booked Kusi for the day while my husband and I had some time together in Bali, and she was an absolute sweetheart with our girls from start to finish. They stayed within the resort, but she filled the entire day with fun, interactive activities:

Balloon animals

Bracelet making

Hide and seek in the gardens

Swimming and she even got in the pool with them

My 13‑year‑old adored her too, and even now she still talks about “the day with Kusi” like it was a highlight of the trip.

As we left the hotel room for our date, the door closed behind us and we could hear laughter echoing down the hallway the kind of sound that makes you feel completely safe leaving your children. Throughout the day, Kusi kept me updated with sweet messages about lunch, swimming, and what they were up to. Her communication was amazing.

I truly could not recommend Kusi enough. She cared for my girls with genuine warmth, patience, and joy. We are so, so happy thank you, Kusi, for giving our daughters such a beautiful day and we caring for them with real heart.

We booked through Bali’s Best Babysitting on our recent holiday in September.

We’ve been to Bali many times before, but this was the first time we’ve used this service and would recommend completely.

Candra, our nanny was an absolute gem. She was fantastic with our children and just such a lovely person.

We will absolutely be booking her again for future trips.

This was our second year having Siti look after our twins, and we were so happy to have her back with us again!

Siti looked after them on our Bali holiday last year, and we had such a great experience with her that we specifically booked her again for this trip. It was so lovely having a familiar face, and the kids were very comfortable with her straight away.

This trip we had also decided to take the kids’ dummies away, which was a pretty big adjustment for them, particularly at bedtime. Siti was more than happy to work with us and stick with what we were doing. On the nights she put them to bed, she was incredibly patient and caring, comforting them and helping them settle without their dummies. We really appreciated how supportive she was of the change and how much care she took to help make bedtime as easy and comforting for them as possible.

Siti is warm, caring, reliable and absolutely wonderful with the kids. We always felt completely comfortable leaving the kids with her, which meant we could enjoy some time together knowing they were happy and in great hands.

Having someone we already knew and trusted made our holiday so much easier, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Siti again when we return to Bali.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bali’s Best Babysitting and, in particular, with our nanny, Kusi.

I travelled to Bali as a single parent with my two children, aged 4 and 7, and booked Kusi to join us for our day at Waterbom. She was absolutely amazing from the moment she arrived.

Having Kusi there meant I could actually relax and enjoy the day with my children rather than constantly feeling like I needed a set of eyes in the back of my head. Anyone who has travelled alone with young children will know how difficult it can be to keep track of two kids who want to do different things, particularly somewhere as busy as a water park.

Kusi was wonderful with both of my children and clearly knew Waterbom extremely well. She helped us navigate the park, knew the tips and tricks to make the day easier, and was always attentive to the kids. I felt completely comfortable having her there supporting us.

More than anything, having Kusi with us allowed me to be present and actually enjoy the experience with my kids. Instead of spending the entire day worrying about where everyone was, I was able to have fun alongside them and make some great memories together.

For a single parent travelling with young children, I cannot recommend Bali’s Best Babysitting and Kusi highly enough. Booking her was genuinely one of the best decisions I made during our Bali holiday.

She was fantastic and made our Waterbom day a really special part of our trip.

Eka is a lovely, warm and engaging Nanny. She looked after our 11m old daughter and 3 year old son. We were very impressed with her, she has excellent communication skills, she immediately put us at ease with the way she engaged with our children. She had packed toys to show our 3yo and after getting to know him she brought along more and more relevant toys to build a connection with him. She was very nurturing with our baby and we were very comfortable for Eka to look after her in every aspect. She was very willing to join us in the pool, which our son enjoyed. She kept us well updated via WhatsApp on the occasions that we were out at an event. We trust Eka 100%, she is professional, understands how to interact with an emotional 3yo and instantly connected with our baby. I have already recommended her to friends and if we are back we would love to see Eka again. Thank you Eka, you instantly calmed our nerves leaving kids with a nanny for the first time. I am very thankful for everything you did!

We had the help of nannies Wayan A and Komang D (on separate occasions) during our stay in Bali, September 2026. Both ladies were fantastic – experienced, warm, kind and engaged well with our active boys (we have a 2 year old and 7 year old). Thank you so much and we will definitely hire again if we get the chance to come back to Bali!

This is our second time with Candra, and probably not the last! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She really eases the cognitive load when it comes to looking after our 10 year old autistic son, and 2 year old active toddler. She is proactive and asks the right questions and is obviously very experienced. I can trust her with my children, and she is very easy to have in our space. She establishes their interests and brings toys that she knows they will like. They looked forward to her coming every day, which it makes it so much easier as parents to feel like we can leave them knowing they are safe and happy.

We cannot recommend Ria highly enough. This was our second time having Ria care for our three children in Bali, and once again she was absolutely wonderful.

From the moment she was with our family, Ria treated our children with so much kindness, patience and respect. She is incredibly reliable, honest, punctual and flexible, and we felt completely comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ria was always happy to swim with the kids, take them to the beach, Kids Club, lunch or dinner, and help us navigate the best way to get to do things. With Waterbom park she even helped us get the best location for us to base ourselves for the day. She genuinely enjoyed spending time with our children, and they absolutely adored her.

Having now used Ria twice, we trust her completely. Over the two weeks she was with us, she truly became part of our family. Knowing our girls were safe, happy and so well cared for allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday too.

I was genuinely emotional saying goodbye to her at the end of our trip, which probably says everything about the impact she had on our family.

Ria is an absolute blessing, and we feel very lucky to have found her. I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a trustworthy, caring and wonderful babysitter or nanny in Bali. We will absolutely be contacting her again whenever we return. ❤️

We have been using the wonderful Gloria from Best Bali Babysitting for the past two years, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.

Gloria is a local nanny who previously worked as an au pair in Australia, and over the years she has really become an extension of our family and an extra set of hands when we are in Bali.

What we love most is that she doesn’t feel like someone we are simply “leaving the kids with”. We typically all spend the week together – Gloria joins us for our days out, beach clubs, pool time, meals and activities, as well as happily staying at the villa with the girls when we need a break. She just slots into family life so naturally.

For us, Bali is about escaping the craziness of our busy Sydney lives and actually slowing down and enjoying our children. Having Gloria with us makes such a huge difference to that. We still spend loads of quality time together as a family, but having an extra pair of hands means we can relax a little, enjoy a coffee or lunch, have a swim, or sometimes spend some one-on-one time with each child – something that can be hard to achieve when you’re parenting two young children.

She is incredibly kind, patient and calm, and absolutely wonderful with children. She has an amazing ability to entertain them for hours and regularly brings her own activities – paints, clay, drawing, bubbles, craft and all sorts of creative things. She genuinely plays with them and gets involved, rather than simply supervising them.

One of the biggest things for us is how much we trust her. Our youngest was only two when we first started using Gloria, and I have always felt completely confident with her looking after both girls, including being in the pool with them. She is extremely vigilant and has excellent awareness of where the children are and what they need.

She is also fantastic to have along on outings. She is happy to accompany us to beach clubs, restaurants and activities, or come along for a full day exploring. She even came with us to Bali Safari and was brilliant – helping with the kids, navigating around the park and keeping everything running smoothly, so we weren’t spending the day with our heads buried in maps trying to work out where we were going!

Her attention to detail is exceptional. She remembers sunscreen, water, snacks, meals, routines, rest times and all the little preferences and requests that make life with children easier. You can tell her what your family needs and she just gets on with it.

And the girls absolutely adore her.

After two years, Gloria genuinely feels like part of our Bali family. She is warm, reliable, fun, incredibly caring and completely trustworthy. She makes our holidays feel less like the logistical juggle they can be at home and much more like the relaxed, enjoyable family time we come to Bali for.

If you are coming to Bali with young children, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Gloria more highly. Finding someone you completely trust with your children is priceless – and Gloria is exactly that person for us. Xx

We couldn’t recommend Wayan enough. She’s very friendly and loving towards our 9 months old son. She was attentive and excellent at creating distractions when he would get upset. Assisted him with walking and getting him to kick his legs when swimming. Held our baby while he slept as he likes close contact and we would definitely use her and your services again when we return to Bali for a holiday.
