We were so lucky to have Nanny Umi look after our two girls (3.5yrs and 21 months) for about 2 weeks in three different parts of Bali (Nusa Dua, Ubud and Legian). This was our first trip to Bali.

While our daughters attend regular childcare in Australia, we do not ordinarily use babysitters, so we were a little bit apprehensive about how they would go with a nanny (and how we would go leaving them with someone in a foreign country). However, from the moment we met Umi it was clear we had nothing to worry about. She was a total professional, the girls immediately warmed to her and she was just lovely to have around (which was important as we still wanted to be able to spend time with the girls during the day). By the end of the trip my toddler would cry when Umi left the room. Both girls would both run to her excitedly every morning when she arrived.

Not only did Umi keep the girls totally entertained, she also did so many little things that together made our holiday so much easier! She was also very flexible with travel around Bali – and agreeing to work extra hours some days so we could go to dinner without the kids! We knew we could completely trust her – and she was great at providing updates when we were away from the kids.

We came away from our trip to Bali feeling like we had our first “holiday” since having kids (we have certainly travelled a lot in the last few years, but it often feels more exhausting than just staying home). With Umi it felt like everyone in the family had an amazing and restorative break (that was still a great family adventure) and we cannot thank her enough for this!

Definitely book Umi if you need a nanny! She is invaluable! We have already passed on her details to friends who will be coming to Bali later this year and will definitely use her for future trips as well!

We stayed in Bali for 2 weeks and we had Lina, Komang and Narie come on separate occasions to look after our 13th month old and they were all amazing.

They were all so welcoming, caring and interactive. We think our baby had more fun with them than us! They brought toys, would read stories, sing songs, take her for walks around the accomodation and made us feel completely at ease.

I highly recommend your services and it was such a highlight of our holiday knowing we could have some adult time and our daughter was having a blast and in safe hands.

We really hope to get to see all three ladies again when we come for our next holiday.

This is the 3rd trip to Bali from the UK and each time Komang has been our nanny. The kids love seeing her, she has such a fantastic approach, and she feels like one of the family.

They were more excited about when Komang was coming back than what our next trip would be!!

We can’t wait to come back and will look forward to seeing Komang again.

Wati was absolutely amazing. We truly trusted her with our 10 month old boy, she was flexible and even brought her own age appropriate toys.

Our boy had a huge smile on his face each day she arrived and we knew he was having a blast with her. She allowed me and my husband to truly relax for a number of hours each day on holiday.

I just wanted to share our feedback, and a HUGE thank you to Caca for being so wonderful with our 3 years old daughter.

Caca took care of her for 4 days of our 10 day holiday. Initially I felt nervous leaving my daughter as, other than daycare, we haven’t left her with anyone other than family or close friends before. Within 10 minutes, she was happily playing with Caca and telling us to “meet us later, bye bye”! Caca sent us updates during the day but we were very comfortable that they were having a great time together. Caca had such a lovely, warm way with our daughter – and did a great job of keeping up with her activities – and we looked forward to seeing her each day. Bali’s Best Babysitting was recommended to me through a family member of a work colleague and we have already been passing on the recommendation. We’ve talked about coming back next year and will be requesting Caca again. Thank you Caca for making our trip so perfect, without you it wouldn’t have been as relaxing – we’ve been home for nearly a week now and our daughter is still asking when her “best friend” will be here!

We loved Ani and would definitely book with her again! Our girls, almost 2 and 3.5 yrs old, instantly felt comfortable with Ani and her gentle, calm nature. She was on time every day and was very flexible with our changing hours. It was so nice having an extra pair of hands to help us with the kids so our holiday actually felt like a holiday. Ani would send us updates on the kids when we left her alone with them and bought fun things for them to play with every day. She was so lovely and we felt very lucky that we had such wonderful care for our girls while we were away. Ani really put us at ease so we could really enjoy our holiday. I want to start by thanking the team for the easy way I could book a nanny.

It is my second time booking with Bali Best Baby Sitting! We had Gloria in 2025 and Komang D in 2026! Both ladies were perfect!!

We are from Australia and of course naturally hesitant with booking in the unknown, but we took a chance and it was the best thing we did while we were in Bali! Those extra pair of eyes, that help, and to have a local made us feel confident in our adventures.

We had Komang D for two days while we were in Bali.

I have a teenage daughter (13) and a 10 year old daughter and although we booked for two children; my 10 year old was drawn to Komang instantly and became her best friend and absolutely loved spending that time with her. Komang was on time each day and instantly cared for my girls, she played, she laughed, she cared so much and made both my children so comfortable in her presence.

We went to Waterbom and Bali Marine Park and was able to take my youngest while I spent quality time with my teenager!

She was very honest too. I gave her cash to spend if my daughter needed anything and handed it back to me because they didn’t use it.

We see Komang as family, and in such a short time with her, tells you just how incredibly influential she was on our family and how much of a positive influence she was on my family!

Just wanted to leave a review of our recent experience using your baby sitters.

We had Lucy and Ketut Tika look after our 19 month old son, Levi.

Lucy (8th-12th March)

Lucy arrived on time to our villa in Sanur, straight away she was smiling, friendly and got down to my son, Levi’s level (which he loved).

Straight away my son built a connection with Lucy as she was engaging and friendly.

Lucy followed my instructions for Levi’s routine with every detail, this relieved a lot of anxiety I had about leaving him.

Every other day Lucy arrived on time and brought some toys along with her for Levi to play with, she was also very enthusiastic to get in the pool with him, which he loved!

She would send us pictures and updates of him eating dinner or reading books which was really nice.

Levi loved Lucy and was always very excited to see her when she arrived each day.

Lucy was kind, played so well with Levi and was very well spoken.

We would 100% book her again and refer friends and family to use her!

Ketut Tika (13th – 15th March)

Ketut was also very lovely and attentive to Levi. Arriving on time, great communication and immediately started interacting and playing with Levi.

I was able to give her a quick run through of Levi’s routine before we were comfortable to leave. Levi really enjoyed his time with Ketut and very quickly formed a strong bond.

Ketut was friendly, caring and always kept me updated.

We would 100% book her again and refer friends and family to use her!

Having a babysitter allowed us to really enjoy our holiday and have some downtime. We felt comfortable to leave our son with them and knew he was having the best time and being looked after so well.

Gloria was an absolutely exceptional nanny and took the most amazing care of our two children. She was warm, kind and made a huge effort to build trust with our children and make the experience fun and enjoyable for them.

She was so accommodating on the times and activities we requested of her. Whether she was taking our kids to do a fun activity or accompanying us sightseeing and providing an extra set of hands, she was a tremendous help to us and we are so grateful for her service. We will absolutely try to book her again when we are next back in Bali!

We booked Nanny Josie for 7 days during our bali trip this month. We are so thankful and grateful for her help when my son got sick she called a private doctor and nurse for us to check our bubba at the villa. And she even stayed back to make sure that were all okay.

She is very thoughtful and kind to my kids. This is the second time we booked her and we can’t say anything negative about her. She is like a second mother to my kids and knows how to follow the kids routine. Thank you Nanny Josie! We would definitely booked her again for our next holiday. 🙂
