I had to send a review – because Josie was a real Godsend for us on our trip to Bali February 2025. Our son (13 months) liked her immediately. We’ve never used a babysitter before, but after 1 day I felt completely safe leaving him with her. She kept us updated with pictures and videos on Whatsapp, and we could enjoy surfing and dinners in the evening knowing that he was happy and taken care of.

She speaks excellent English and taught us much about Indonesian culture and tradition. We both cried when we were leaving and I truly wish I could have brought my nanny and new friend back with us. Wish her all the best!

We had an amazing experience with 3 different nanny’s on our holiday and all three were amazing!!!

Ani was incredible looking after our 2 year old! She warmed to her straight away (when usually it takes some time for our daughter). She is a true professional, always had fun with her all the while making sure she was fed and hydrated. Ani is the put down QUEEN! For a bed time that usually take us over an hour from 7:30, Ani would get her down straight away! No complaints! There was even one night when she got her down at 7:15 which is unheard of!!

We felt so comfortable having Ani look after our daughter and will definitely be booking her again when we visit Bali next!

Our daughter already misses her and has asked “Where’s Ani” since being home.

We just wanted to say a big thank you for the help in booking such awesome nannies on our recent trip.

Gloria was absolutely amazing, we felt so sad saying goodbye to her at the end of the six days. She engaged our kids so well, always bringing new activities based on their individual interests. We were apprehensive about having a nanny as we had never done this before but it was such a huge help in so many ways.

Gloria even assisted with the poor driver who got flustered when the car broke down in the middle of the highway. We had many adventures!

Gloria is such a kind and caring person. We all thoroughly enjoyed having her with us on our day trips too. The kids already miss her and want to come back to Bali to see her again!

Gloria also shared how working for Balis Best Babysitting has been good and how the company really looks after the nannies. It was truly great to hear this as so often companies can take their workers for granted.

Minar is impressive. Her ability to calmly manage any situation and her no nonsense approach fit with us so well too. In the end we only had her for two days but could see how professional she is. The kids loved her as well. We were extremely grateful as by the end of the trip (last two days) our autistic son was acting up a bit more and she handled him so well, which meant I could have more of a break.

Very grateful to have met her and had her help with our kids.

Overall we have had a very positive experience with BBB and have already been recommending it to others.

Narie was full of life and kindness from the minute she walked in. Our 1 year old can take time to warm up to new people, but she adored Narie from the start. Narie was kind, patient and energetic with Leni, we couldn’t have been happier with having her as part of our family for the few days. She was also very knowledgeable about the local Ubud area as we did sightseeing, she understood perfectly the moments to step in and help and give us some space as a family.

We will definitely ask Narie to nanny for us again when we return to the area and couldn’t recommended her enough to all families.

Fantastic service & easy to arrange.

We had Rama for a night, she is lovely & patient with my 10yr & 8yr girls in particular when a sleep teddy had unknowingly disappeared. Would certainly recommend.

We loved having Candra help us with our two kids (10 month old baby + lvl 3 ASD 8 yr old) so we could actually have a break. She is warm, friendly and kind and so nice to have around. We will miss her a lot! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or or have her again the next time we are in Bali.

Ruth was absolutely fantastic with our kids (3yo and 5yo)! She was full of energy, so much fun, and always came with great toys and activities to keep them entertained. She swam with them, cooked for them, and made naptime during the day a breeze. Our whole family loved her, and we would highly recommend Ruth to anyone looking for an amazing babysitter!
