It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Ani
Our 1.5 year old daughter was quite overwhelmed in Bali and we were so grateful to have Ani accompany us on days out and hanging at the hotel. Ani was patient and followed her lead to engage her in play and exploration. My daughter was initially scared of the water and Ani had lots of ideas for how to keep her calm and happy in the water. Ani was also very knowledgeable and shared Balinese culture with us. Having Ani was a massive weight off our shoulders. She often thought of things before us, like sanitizing the table, making sure the nappy bag was packed etc. We are so happy to know we have a carer in Bali for our next trip.
Wayan A
We have had Wayan a couple of times now and she’s the absolute best!!!
Our daughter has known her since she was 3, she’s now 11.
So patient and understanding of our child, who can be challenging at times.
I would 1000% recommend her to any family with all ages , we love you Wayan!!

We had a wonderful experience with Bali’s Best Babysitting. We hired Ria to look after our children during our stay in both Ubud and Kuta, and she was absolutely fantastic.

They were amazing! We’ve booked Wayan before, so she knew exactly what our kids needed and Minar was such a gem with the kids. We’ve used Bali’s Best Babysitting every time we’ve come to Bali, and you never disappoint. My children felt safe and happy with them, and that made all the difference for us. We had Candra help us with our two and four year old boys in July 2026. She was amazing!
The boys took to her very quickly and were always waiting for her to arrive the next day.
She was very reliable and was always on time, despite us changing her start times regularly to suit our needs for the day. She was always prepared and brought appropriate toys with her each day…. which the boys really enjoyed.
She could easily put the boys to sleep in the afternoon and handle both of them in the pool together.
Candra made our holiday, knowing the boys were in such great hands when we left the villa.
We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Nanny Ketut Tika, Nanny Minar and Nanny Siti
Nanny Ketut, Nanny Minar and Nanny Siti were beyond helpful throughout our Bali holiday. Our children absolutely loved their time spent with them and all the activities they hosted throughout the day. They were kind, gentle, boundaries and fun with the children and gave us a sense of safety, trust and care which allowed us to feel reassured and enjoy a much needed holiday ourselves. We couldn’t thank them all enough!
