Nanny Caca was amazing! Our two children (5 year old boy and 12 year old girl) absolutely loved her. She connected with them instantly which made my husband and I completely at ease leaving our kids with her. They made balloon animals, did art, played games and even went swimming.

She made sure she asked us about the kids dietary requirements, allergies, likes and dislikes before we left. Her english is wonderful, she greeted us like we were family. The kids cant wait to come back and see Nanny Caca again!!

Wayan was friendly, kind, gentle and always smiling. She looked after our 3 children (2 boys aged 8 and 6 and our daughter aged 10 months) and she made it look easy! It can be hard to keep all 3 children amused with the age difference but she managed this with ease. She brought games and arts and crafts that were perfect for our three children so they could all play together. She was also very good at making our baby daughter feel happy and calm being left in our absence which was a first for us and she could even put her down for naps which no one has ever managed to do other than my husband and I! We were all sad to have to say goodbye to Wayan when we left and would definitely book her again.

This is the 4th or 5th time we have Rama and always appreciate her help with our 2 kids. She’s a great support with our eldest in particular. We will always try to book Rama when we come back to bali!

This is our third year in a row having Melany join our holiday and I now can’t imagine Bali without her. She is the perfect balance of fun and control. My children have a great time and I know they are safe and in bed when they are supposed to be.

Mel is a great communicator, she’s always on time and well prepared for the day. My children are very fair and she’s always on top of the Sun lotion throughout the day if we are hangout at the pool. She joins us for dinner so if our little one needs an early night our big one can stay for the fun. It just makes holidays easier and more fun for everyone

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melany. She has been an absolute pleasure three years in a row.

We had Tuti look after our 20 months daughter when visiting bali over the New Years. She was fantastic and our daughter took to her straight away.

We even had comments from other guests at the hotel that we had met what a great job she did.

Siti was such a natural with our two year old – from the minute she walked through the door of our villa it was like our son knew that she was there especially to play with him. He was very comfortable with her straight away, and the morning after, he was waiting at the door for Siti – we had to break the news that it was going to be about eight hours until he saw Siti again!

Siti was happy to come along to dinner with us while we got to know each other, and she kept our boy engaged with games and songs and cuddles. When we left him with her alone for the first time, I don’t even think he noticed we had left! She was also good about ensuring he used his manners, which we were very pleased with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Siti.

We stayed in Bali in September and Rama was so wonderful with our kids! 8f and 2m both loved her!!

She managed to engage with them both despite the age gap and they were so excited when she came back the second time!! Hopefully we will come back to Bali soon and see Rama again ❤️

We had an amazing time with our babysitter Siti and our 2-year-old daughter. Siti is punctual, caring, calm, and so professional—she knows exactly how to handle toddler tantrums with ease.

We felt completely relaxed leaving them to play together.

My daughter is a very sensitive little girl and extremely wary of new people – she really only feels comfortable with me and her dad. In the lead-up to our holiday, I was honestly quite anxious about having already booked a nanny, because she usually screams “no” at anyone who even tries to engage with her. I truly believed there was no chance she would accept someone new, and I was preparing myself for it to be very hard.

Within literally one minute of meeting Umi, Eliza had found her best friend. I was completely shocked. Watching that instant connection was such a relief and something I will never forget. Umi had so much confidence and took the lead straight away, using her little bag of tricks to easily win her over.

Umi was the perfect nanny for Eliza and very quickly became part of our family. She has such a calm, gentle presence and an incredible ability to read a child. She matched Eliza’s energy perfectly – never overwhelming her, never pushing, just giving her exactly what she needed in each moment. Umi knew when to step in and take the lead, and just as intuitively knew when to step back if she could see Eliza wanted time with me. That balance made me feel so comfortable and trusting, which is huge for a parent. She seamlessly weaved in and out where necessary.

What stood out the most was how natural and emotionally intelligent Umi is. She didn’t just “watch” Eliza – she truly connected with her. She was proactive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead, yet never intrusive. Eliza absolutely adored her, and the bond they formed in such a short time was honestly amazing to see.

We were on a large family holiday, and often family would bump into Umi and Eliza around the resort. Every single time, my family commented on how wonderful Umi was with her – how calm she was, how confidently she managed Eliza, and how much trust Eliza clearly had for her. Even my parents, who can barely get a hello out of Eliza, were blown away by how comfortable and happy she was with Umi.

I genuinely feel teary about leaving Bali and saying goodbye to Umi. She has meant so much to our family and truly made this holiday what it was. We will absolutely be requesting her again next time we visit and will be recommending her to everyone we know.

I booked Minar’s service to babysit my baby while I take some time to enjoy outdoor activities with my older kids, and she was amazing. She was adaptable to the situation (she was with me at the location by the way) and very energetic throughout the day.

I know it wasn’t easy for her to care for a baby outdoor, no proper place for a baby nap, nappy change etc, but she was really supportive which made me feel it’s all going to be ok and I could take the time for myself.

After a long day of outdoor activities I was tired but she was still engaging my older kids and entertaining them with balloons and other things! Thank you Minar we love you!

And there was a day I had to engage her for a last minute service (like REALLY last minute) as I wanted to go for a massage, the team kindly arranged a booking for me and Minar appeared on time, energetic and fun-loving as usual.

It was nice having Minar around as she helped take care of the kids while I rest and enjoy my stay in Bali. I’d definitely engage the team again and Minar if available if I’m ever in Bali again.
