It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Nanny Ani
Nanny Ani was a fantastic help with our 1 year old and 4 year old on a recent trip to Bali. They took to her straight away, she played fun games and always had tricks in her bag to entertain the kids. She was experienced with babies and our little one had no problem going to sleep with her, she actually slept better when Nanny Ani put her to sleep! Our 4 year old thought she was so much fun, she loved spending time with her. Nanny Ani was able to get the girls to do as she asked but in a gentle and caring way, they listened and respected her. A big thanks to Nanny Ani, she made our holiday so much more relaxing and our girls loved her company. Would highly recommend hiring her for your next Bali trip!

Komang was a gift from Heaven! She made our holiday the most enjoyable experience for all of us. She was absolutely adored by our boys (3yrs & 5months), Komang was friendly, attentive & kind. We had her for 6 days/ nights and she was very flexible with her time. She swam with the boys even helping our 3yr old by giving him lessons, always read to them, made balloon animals, sang with them and her genuinely lovely nature put us all at ease. Her communication was great and we cannot wait to return and will definitely be requesting Komang again, she felt like family by the end of our stay!

Rama
It was such a pleasure to meet Rama and have her look after our two girls. Very experienced and made us (mum and dad) feel comfortable leaving our girls in her care.
Our girls loved Rama and felt secure in her care. They also had a lot of fun!

Feedback for Narie
Our family hired Narie for four days to care for our 4 month old son while we attended a conference in Ubud. Narie was punctual, communicative, flexible based on our requirements and most importantly built an instant rapport with our son. Narie kept us informed of our son’s routine and when he needed to breastfeed. We were very happy with Narie’s services and plan on booking her again when we return for another conference next year!
Komang
Komang was such an excellent nanny to our two boys, aged 4.5 and 3. She was very energetic and always ready to do fun activities with the kids. They absolutely loved her and Toby still asks where his Nanny Koko is, and that he misses her very much!

Wayan A
We had her looking after our 9 month old baby while her sister Komang looked after our two older kids. I would definitely recommend Wayan as a nanny for anyone with a young baby, she seemed to be a good fit for this age group. She looked after our daughter intuitively, as if she were her own, always feeding or changing her before I had a chance to ask. Sylvie, our daughter, took to Wayan very quickly, always smiling when Wayan was around, and happy to be carried around everywhere.

Umi A & Rama
This is the second time we have hired Umi A and Rama. This time due to availability, we hired Umi A and Rama for three separate days during our holiday in Bali and having their help made all the difference! Each of them were absolutely wonderful with my 4 year old son – he enjoyed swimming in the pool with them and playing games like water balloons, sand painting, and building sand castles at the beach club, etc. they were all also very helpful with my baby – feeding, changing, bath time and napping.
We felt we could trust them all, as they are all highly experienced, professional, kind and charming with the kids. Thank you so much! We will definitely use Balis Best Babysitting the next time we come.
Desak
Desak was great with the boys (for the second year in a row).
We knew they were safe with Desak and have a great time with her. She’s friendly, a good communicator, prompt and we have full confidence in her.
