Narie is an excellent nanny. She listens well and learns your style of parenting. She quickly takes over and will be happy to even go out with you to different locations. We stayed in Ubud and Narie accompanied us to several tourist attractions. It enabled us to enjoy the scenery and culture, while our baby was in good hands and not far from us. Narie is kind and caring. Speaks excellent English and communicates very well. She would send updates of our baby through Whatsapp too. If I come to Bali again I would want her as our nanny again. I recommend the to everyone!

Minar was a wonderful Nanny for our 2 year old boy, kept him entertained by visiting the beach and kids club. Felt more than comfortable leaving him in capable hands and she also spoke great English! Would book again, highly recommended!

I am writing to let you know that Wayan S was incredible during our stay in Bali.

Wayan arrived promptly to our villa each day at the time that we arranged. She brought toys to play with our energetic toddler and even swam in the pool with him. She made sure to fully understand our general routine so that he would always be comfortable. She was able to put him down for a nap and would send photos/videos if we were out. She would follow our lead by staying in the villa or coming out with us. She even came on a full day trip to Ubud.

Wayan also provided some helpful hints for visiting Bali with a toddler, such as recommending a great indoor play centre that he absolutely loved.

Nothing was too much trouble for Wayan, she was amazing in every way.

If anybody is unsure about booking a nanny for your holiday, I would say you 100% need to give a go! We wouldn’t have had a proper break if we didn’t have Wayan to help us. I wish I could bring her home. Our toddler was excited when she arrived every morning and literally cried when she left because he didn’t want her to go! He had so much fun.

I recommend her fully.

We had Nanny Lina for our most recent 2-week holiday to Bali and she was so amazing with our Miss 4 and Master 9! She was so patient and engaging, and her artistic talents are so incredible that Miss 4-year old often chose to stay to do craft rather than swim in the pool! She was kind, nurturing and extremely polite and respectful. We were on a holiday with extended family, and Lina actively encouraged the nieces and nephews to join in with her activities and built firm relationships with all of the children who adored her and often commented how nice she was! She was definitely missed after the conclusion of her booking. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Nanny Lina again on our next trip to Bali!

I wanted to pass on some feedback about Lina, who came out to help us around Jimbaran last week.

Lina immediately put us at ease, parents and kids both.

I’ve never seen my children take to someone new so quickly.

Lina was hard-working, professional and attentive. Nothing was ever too hard for her, and she was so patient and engaging with the kids. She was always thinking about what the kids might need, and always had age-appropriate activities ready. Whenever my youngest would start to whinge, she would launch into action, neutralising the threat with balloon animals.

We are so grateful for her help. She’s a real asset to your agency and helped make this a genuinely relaxing holiday for us, not just “parenting in a different time zone”.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received after being recommended BBB by a friend, the easy to use website made the booking process a breeze with the hardest part trying to decide which Nanny to book as they all have such great reviews/profiles. This was our first time using an overseas Nanny so I was quite apprehensive to leave the children with someone I didn’t know. My son (1.5yrs) is particularly clingy and doesn’t usually go to/settle for others and yet Ani was amazing and had him asleep for his nap within minutes of meeting us and also had him and our 5.5yr old daughter fast asleep when we got back from dinner on her first day, we couldn’t believe it and were certain we’d be going back to put them to bed!

Ani was friendly, fun, kind and knowledgeable and this quickly put me at ease upon meeting her and explaining the children’s routines. Both children had a wonderful time with her as she played games with them, took them to the kids clubs for whatever activities they wanted to join, ate lunch and dinner together and took them swimming every day which they absolutely loved! She also kept in touch throughout the day with photos and updates and seeing how much they enjoyed being with her made me feel even more comfortable about leaving them with her.

We only booked for 4 days of our 12 day holiday but after seeing Ani work her magic and how relaxed and happy the children were with her my husband wanted to book extra days but with the popularity of BBB Ani was literally fully booked till May!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Ani and BBB to anyone who’ll listen as it really made our holiday feel like a holiday with a little adult time to ourselves to relax. We look forward to going back to Bali and booking/seeing Ani again next time, only this time for longer!
