It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Great experience
We had a fantastic week in Bali with Ria. She was friendly and reliable, lovely with our 2 and 4yr olds. We had no concerns about them in her care.
Ria didn’t bring any activities to do with the kids, which we had thought based on other reveiws she might, but this was a very minor issue.
Overall, very happy with both Ria and the Bali’s Best Babysitting Service.
Nanny Ani
We had never used a babysitter before and were nervous. Ani arrived and we were instantly put at ease. Our two year old daughter went to her straight away for a cuddle. Our six year old marvelled at all of the toys she brought, and wanted to talk to her for hours. Not only was Ani wonderful with the kids, she was reassuring to us as parents and even sent us updates on WhatsApp which went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend her!

If I could give more stars a would, our experience with Cicik was incredible. So kind and caring towards our two crazy toddlers, we felt completely at ease leaving them with her and wouldn’t hesitate to book Cicik for our next trip. Amazing Service
We have used Bali’s best babysitting before and knew how good the service was. This time we had nanny Josie looking after our 2 daughters for 5 nights. She was fabulous with the girls and instantly made a genuine connection with the girls and also put us at ease with her fun but profession personality.

Nanny Siti & Nanny Rai
Siti and Rai both supported us on our recent trip to Bali . They were absolutely phenomenal and the most nurturing kind hearted people I have ever met. They were very understanding and well skilled to manage our children’s often challenging behaviour and also very open to taking on suggestions and strategies on how to manage their autism and additional needs . Unfortunately we spent most of our holiday in and out of hospital with very sick children but both Nannie’s never left our side . They were the support that held us together in such a challenging time and were both wonderful at translating for us when needing to sort out important medical details and they really supported us when we had no family around . I can’t thank them enough . The only complaint I have is that they couldn’t come home with me !! Thank you so much Siti and Rai . You made our very challenging trip a whole lot less stressful and the times that were good were absolutely relaxed and wonderful 💜
I would also love to add that I had many conversations with BBB prior to booking and I was like the fbi researching Nannie’s 🫣. The reason I choose bbb is because of BBB’s story which is that she herself has a child with special needs and coming to bali was always a challenge for her not having help available that would understand . She started her own company based on this and all of her Nannie’s are beautifully nurturing and keen to learn . Many having experience with special needs BBB Admin were also a great support when we were over there and in the lead up with helpful suggestions and ideas to make our trip easier . I’m forever grateful 💜

We have used BBB about 4 times now and each and every time our nanny has been fantastic. On our most recent trip, we had Nanny Ririn. She was absolutely amazing with our 8 month old and 4 year old during our two week trip. A complete pro!! She went above and beyond with our boys and was also very flexible with hours.

Her energy and enthusiasm was so impressive and her care for our children was beautiful. Our two year old girl is very “spirited” and Minar had constant energy for her and a beautiful manner with her. Our kids took to her instantly and we felt at ease. I just wanted to provide some feedback on Lina who was our nanny last week.
Lina is a really wonderful nanny and took great care of our children. She did some lovely craft projects with the children and obviously knows a lot about engaging with children in their age groups. She was really adaptable and flexible with our routines and plans, and helped us have a wonderful holiday in Bali.
