Umi was absolutely fantastic. My 2 girls (3&6) adored her and were so excited on the days they knew they would see her again.

Umi took my girls swimming, did craft, went to a play centre, put them to bed, always made sure they had sunscreen, food, water and provided us updates. We loved Umi and were so sad to say goodbye (until next time).

My family and I travelled to Bali with our almost 2 year old daughter, and thanks to nanny Lina, we had the most amazing holiday ever! I was so nervous to have a nanny as my daughter is a big mummy’s girl and is always by my side. She has never attached to anyone the way she did with Lina, Lina was so gentle, patient, loving, happy and playful everyday. She built such a strong relationship with my daughter and I could completely trust her, all my fears went away. She would come everyday prepared, knowing my daughters routine, with a routine/plan for the day. She successfully put my daughter to sleep everyday with a cuddle and singing (my daughter usually just cries and wants mum to put her to sleep), Lina is a baby whisperer!! Lina has so much energy and so does my daughter- they were perfect together! It was so sad to say goodbye to Lina, she became part of our family. We miss her so much. My daughter still calls “Lina, Lina”, I just want to come back to Bali so we can be with her again. My daughter was unwell for two days before we left and Lina came to visit and say her goodbyes, she is such a beautiful person. We love you so much Lina!

I’d just like to give some praise and love to our amazing Nanny, Ani!

She was so kind and caring towards our baby boy, he absolutely loved being with her ❤️

Within the first few minutes of meeting Ani we felt confident in trusting her with our boy, and she picked up his routine and needs instantly.

She made our holiday as stress-free as can be, and we will be forever grateful to her.

She is an asset to your team and you’re lucky to have her!

Thankyou for providing such a great service to families visiting Bali, we will definitely book Ani again next time we come back to your beautiful island home.

Gloria was an absolute dream with our two boys (3 and 4).

They can both be pretty shy and nervous around new people and they were instantly attached to Gloria.

She brought different activities and toys for them to play with and was so confident with them both in the water.

We can not speak higher of her and we will for sure be rebooking when we return to Bali later this year.

My two boys aged 3 and 6 months were spoilt by Putu. She is kind and quiet natured however was firm with my 3 year old and set boundaries in a very soft mannered way with him. There were times when I came home to my 6 month old sleeping while getting a massage. I felt so confident leaving the two in putu’s care, she is amazing

A nanny was very new for us and especially in Bali. But Desak (2 weeks) and Narie (1week) were the most caring persons ever! They were so kind, caring and patient with our kids (2yo, 10mo). From the very first second both kids were happy to play with them. All though our kids did not spoke English (only Dutch) it was not a problem at all. Desak and Narie were very flexible, reliable and easy to communicate with.

Thank you so much again for making our holiday even more wonderful! Our kids (and we) miss you both already!

PS the communication through email with BBB went very well. They were very helpful with my changes in schedule and were very fast with their response.

First time using a baby sitting service for our 1 year old.

Siti was fantastic and we are so glad we booked her. She was so easy going and our daughter loved spending time with her. She showed us around the local area, helped with taxis and helped us shop in the markets. Siti did everything and more. Thank you so much!

We had the wonderful Denny as our nanny on this trip to Bali. My son Freddie (22 months old) absolutely adored her and was excited each day to see her when she arrived and so sad when she’d go home. Denny entertained Freddie for hours with balloons, play at Kids Club and swimming. I felt very comfortable knowing that Freddie was in good hands, giving my husband and I a chance to relax. Thank you Denny for taking such great care of Freddie, we hope to see you again on our next trip!

Wayan was so lovely. My girls adored her and would ask every morning what time she was coming! Wayan was very friendly and used her initiative – I didn’t even have to ask for things to be done, she just knew what to do. Thank you, Wayan, our family really appreciated your help.

From inquiry stage, The team answered all my annoying questions, very promptly and were efficient, lovely and helpful.

First time mum, first holiday with my 7 month old baby so of course I had all the natural concerns. But the moment I saw my nanny, who was early, I felt instantly at ease.

My daughter took to her immediately.

I instantly had a sense of trust, warmth and just overall confidence that we were in good hands.

Komang was fantastic, definitely knew what she was doing, didn’t ever have to tell her anything twice (Which is very different to day cares, here in australia) and she was just fantastic.

100% recommend, and will definitely be using again, as well as recommending to everyone.
