I would also just like to let you know how wonderful Siti is which you probably already know. 

It was such a wonderful 8 days with her. Having her look after the three boys, especially Ari our 5 month old was so nice. They all loved her and it was hard to say goodbye to her today. 

Could you please pass on our thanks and appreciation to Siti again.

We hope that next time we come to Bali Siti is available for us to babysit again.

I hope you are both well. 

I wanted to give some feed back on Tuti. Prior to this trip we have never had a nanny while on vacation so we didn’t know what to expect. Tuti was amazing, and exceeded our expectations! Instantly she was part of the family. Both our baby and Toddler adored her. Every day she came with a new plan to entertain our toddler. One day she brought origami animals, another day toys for the pool, another building blocks. Everyday our toddler was excited to see her and see what the plan was for the day. I can not recommend her highly enough. When we have our next trip to Bali we won’t just look to book her for the first 7 days but every day we are there.

I just wanted to send an email to thankyou. Wayan was wonderful. I could not have wished for a better Nanny for Elly. Elly is very shy and warmed to Wayan instantly. I can not recommend her enough. We will dearly miss her. Thankyou so much for your services. I will definitely be in contact next year when we come back and hopefully Wayan will be available. Our holiday would not have been the same without Wayan.

We just wanted to pass on the feedback for Nanny Umi who looked after both my children Jack and Alannah Craigie in Seminyak and Canggu.

Umi has such a kind demeanor about her and she was very sweet and gentle with my children. She played lots of games and spent time doing arts and crafts and swimming which they both loved. She is on time and professional and lovely to work with. I am so impressed with Umi that we can’t wait to have her next time we go to Bali.

Our family have just returned from holidays and I would like to pass on our appreciation to your team and especially Komang for the seamless process of using you service.

Komang is beautiful inside and out and my kids loved their time with her. 

My son mentioned he liked mangos and Komang brought mangos with he the next day. Dallas loved them!! 

Isobel is usually very clingy but Komang was patitient and brought goodies with her each visit to win her over. By the end of the week Isobel was waving me off so she could play with Koko. 

Any family lucky enough to have Komang as their nanny will feel at ease leaving their babies with her.

I just wanted to email and give a review for Umi A who we had looking after our son during our recent trip to Bali. 

She is absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met her we were in ease with her company. Our baby loved her. She was always on time and accomodating with times available. She made our holiday as good as it could be knowing we could relax and our baby was in good hands. 

We will be planning future trips around her availability.

Hi team, 

I just wanted to pass on my feedback and gratitude to Ms Wayan, who babysat our six month old son for around 7 hours on Monday. 

My husband and I are so thankful to Ms Wayan for looking after our son. From the moment I met her in the lobby, I instantly felt so comfortable with her – she just has this warmth to her. She would take the initiative to send us photo updates of the baby ie when he was sleeping or would wake up, which we were grateful for, and brought her own toys along to help entertain him. She was so gentle with our little boy, singing him beautiful Indonesian lullabies, and he took to her instantly. At the end of the evening, we asked her if we could purchase from her one of the toys she had brought along that we had noticed our son seemed to really like. Ms Wayan was about to just give us the toy – we of course insisted on paying for it and did so, but couldn’t believe how kind and generous she was, particularly when we know most of the locals in Bali have been through so much over the last 2 years. 

We will absolutely be using your agency next time we come to Bali and please pass on our deep gratitude to the amazing Ms Wayan.

Sorry for the delay in writing… just wanted to say how wonderful the Nannie’s were for us and thank you again for organising such and amazing schedule at last minute. It was so appreciated and honestly, every one of them were just amazing. Obviously special mention to nanny Desak and nanny wayan who we saw the most. I’ve attached some cute pics too. 

Just wanted to say my huge thanks and we obviously thanked them too but let them all know how amazing they are. Working so hard day after day away from their own families, it was so appreciated.

I have just returned home to Australia after a Bali holiday. We had Umi for five days at Ayana Resort with my two children.

I just wanted to pass on my many Thanks as she did a wonderful job. I never worried about the children with Umi and she truly is a beautiful person. Both my children keep asking when they are going to see her again. She was very flexible and accommodating with our busy schedule as we got married whilst at Ayana.

Umi was very professional yet warm and friendly, I will be requesting her on our next Bali trip!

Thank you again and please let her know, she is a fantastic nanny and we miss her!!
