Cicik and Lina

The BBB has been great providing information, answering any questions and communication is 5 stars. We had Cicik and Lina on seperate occasions for our 18 month daughter and they were both so great. Bringing toys along, going in the pool, chasing her around and being the best set of extra hands. Their English is great, they were very friendly and our daughter felt comfortable.

One of the best days me and my husband had was knowing our daughter was in great hands and we could be in constant communication over WhatsApp if needed, while we could go out and do some things.

Would highly recommend BBB and would use them again when we come back to Bali, the whole process was easy.

Good morning,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the service you provide to families travelling to Bali. Having the option made our trip with two toddlers much less daunting! We hired the lovely Komang during our stay and let me tell you she was absolutely incredible! Initially our plan was to just have Komang join our family on outings/activities as an extra set of hands but after the first day and with how well and quickly our kids took to her we were more than happy to go off and do our own thing while Komang entertained our kiddies at the resort. My daughter is 3.5 and is very shy (even sometimes with family at home) but she immediately took to Komang and started calling her ‘Nana’ from day one. She really went above and beyond to keep the kids happy and we cannot thank her enough for how easy she made our trip! She is well and truly a member of our family now and we will continue to book her every time we return to Bali!

We hired Wati for 2 weeks, to assist with our 10 month old and 5 year old. I felt comfortable with Wati instantly and had no issue leaving my children with her. My daughter spent the most time with Wati as my son enjoyed Waterbomb, beach trips and massages ect. Wati came as a recommendation from a friend of mine, I was not disappointed. When my son was there, Wati entertained him with arts and crafts, playing card games and hanging out. My daughter was entertained by swimming, pram walks, kids club and playing with toys that Wati brought.

We will be back next year and will use Wati again.

I am writing to provide feedback on our recent holiday at the Sofitel, Nusa Dua, Bali from 8-14 November.

Melani was our assigned babysitter and from the moment we met her, we knew we had made a good decision for our holiday!

Melani was so wonderful with our daughter Daphne, she was caring, kind, warm, affectionate, funny but also very professional. Daphne immediately warmed to Melani and was happy to spend the six hours with her every day. Melani was trustworthy and generous. Each day Melani brought different toys for Daphne to play with, and she even brought little presents for Daphne to make her feel special and treated.

I could not have enjoyed my holiday any more than I did, and this was really because Melani was caring for our daughter and I was completely relaxed about that arrangement.

I would highly recommend Melani and Bali’s Best Babysitting service to any family – and I have!!

We will definitely be back to Bali and booking Melani well in advance. She is a beautiful person and I wish her very success with her job and her family.

Feedback on our Nanny, Desak:

Desak was a great assistance to our time in Bali. She was warm and engaging with our whole family including both of boys (aged 3.5 years and 8 months). She built relationships easily, was accommodating to our needs, was flexible with locations/timings and even brought water balloons to play with which our eldest son loved. We loved our time with her and will defintely use Desak on future family visits to Bali. Thank you Desak!!

Today we said a sad farewell to our fantastic nanny Josie.

She was with us from 11th-18th Nov.

We would just like to say, that were so very impressed with her ability to bond with our son and make friends with him from day one.

We immediately felt comfortable to go and enjoy our holiday, knowing that our son was having a fun time with her; going in the pool, going for walks and lots and lots of play time.

Josie is a very special lady, she is very kind and thoughtful. We loved having her with us during our stay in Bali, and will be highly recommending her and the Bali best babysitting service to our friends and colleagues.

We used nanny Kusi for the second time this year. The kids (aged 2 & 4) were so excited to see her again. As last time, Kusi treated the kids like they were her own. She was so gentle and patient with them and they just adore her. I wish I could have brought her home with us! Can’t wait to see Kusi again in the future!

Here is my review of my Bali Nanny, we had Lucy.

We were so happy with our Nanny Lucy, my 8 month old loved her straight away. She was calm, knew what to do without having to be told, at times I forgot I even had a child. She would get him to sleep and stay in our room with him for his long nap while we were hanging in the pool. Take him for walks and play with him in the kids club. I Will definitely be booking with her when I go again, I think he definitely had a better holiday because of her attending to him at all times. Thank you so much Lucy!
