It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Ketut Tika
We love Bali’s best babysitting. This was our second time using them. The booking system is simple and easy to use. The prices are affordable and the service is very reliable. This year we chose Ketut Tika (Miss Tut Tut) as our previous nanny was no longer available. Miss Tut Tut was an amazing educator who ensured my children were taken care of during our stay in Bali. Ketut kept the kids busy everyday, ensured they were safe and communicated effectively with us at all times. We will miss you Miss Tut Tut. Thank you for caring for our children!
Nanny Tuti
BBB we will see you next year! Special shout out to Nanny Tuti – you were a true angel, I wish I could have taken you in my suitcase home.
Tuti was great with our daughter (1.5yr old) and Tuti soon became apart of our family. She was confident in what she was doing, nothing was a hassle. Tuti took our daughter in the pool daily and I had no concerns at all.
BBB Team were quick on their responses and extremely easy to deal with. Everything was clear and straightforward and the website was very easy to navigate.

Wati
Wati looked after my 7 month old baby for four days and it absolutely made my holiday! She was professional, organised, punctual, showed initiative and meticulous with baby routines and hygiene. She even bought her own baby toys and sterilising bags (I don’t bother with bottle sterilising). I felt completely relaxed leaving Wati in charge for 6 plus hours at a time 🙂
Wati, Tuttti and Melani
During our month stay in Bali we had the pleasure of meeting Wati, Tuttti and Melani to look after our 8 month old baby.
Each of them showed so much care and attention. Taking her on excursions and playing with different activities. She loved it and we were able to fully relax! Thank you so much ladies. We’ll be back and can’t wait to see you again.
Komang (Koko)
I wanted to say a million thanks to our babysitter Komang (Koko) who made our vacation that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Koko was amazing with our daughter, she was very patient, kind and caring. Not only that, she had so many nice surprises for our daughter which kept her busy all day. Koko was also super flexible and went with the flow of what the plan was for the day, whether it be swimming, playing in the kids club or just chilling together, I would definitely recommend her to every family visiting Bali. Thank you so much Koko, Mila has already told us several times that she misses you. Hope to see you again when we visit Bali. ❤️
Komang D
Komang exceeded my expectations, took initiative and full ownership of my 5 month baby girl. As a first time mother, I sometimes lack confidence and Komang totally took the lead. I wanted to take Komang home with me as felt like she was my mother!!
Caca
I was very impressed with Caca. She was friendly, patient and spoke excellent English. My son loved spending time with her.
I will definitely be recommending her to any friends that come over to Bali and require a Nanny 😊
Josie
I had to send a review – because Josie was a real Godsend for us on our trip to Bali February 2025. Our son (13 months) liked her immediately. We’ve never used a babysitter before, but after 1 day I felt completely safe leaving him with her. She kept us updated with pictures and videos on Whatsapp, and we could enjoy surfing and dinners in the evening knowing that he was happy and taken care of.
She speaks excellent English and taught us much about Indonesian culture and tradition. We both cried when we were leaving and I truly wish I could have brought my nanny and new friend back with us. Wish her all the best!

Ani
Ani was incredible looking after our 2 year old! She warmed to her straight away (when usually it takes some time for our daughter). She is a true professional, always had fun with her all the while making sure she was fed and hydrated. Ani is the put down QUEEN! For a bed time that usually take us over an hour from 7:30, Ani would get her down straight away! No complaints! There was even one night when she got her down at 7:15 which is unheard of!!
We felt so comfortable having Ani look after our daughter and will definitely be booking her again when we visit Bali next!
Our daughter already misses her and has asked “Where’s Ani” since being home.
