I was recommended so many nannies to go with on facebook and I am so thankful that I chose BBB! These guys are the best! Very professional outfit and so good to know the management team are in place. The communication was amazing and we had 3 different nannies on our trip and they were all brilliant!. Definitely the best service and we will be back for sure!! My 1yo and 3yo loved everyone!

Could not have been happier with our experience using Bali’s Best Babysitting. From an easy to book service, to plenty of email communication and confirmation, we loved the whole experience. We were grateful to be able to book the same babysitter for each booking, to help our children feel comfortable. Eka was amazing – especially as our youngest (1.5yr) wasn’t used to babysitters and found it a little overwhelming. Eka sent us photos during our time away from our children to reassure us all was well and they were happy. Everything went smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bali’s Best Babysitting and will certainly use them again.

I just wanted to make sure and let you all know what two phenomenal babysitters you sent us to look after our children during our stay in Bali. First we had Narie and then her sister Ria. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were sooooo kind, they emulated positivity, and just genuine good hearted vibes. Narie and Ria accompanied our children in the pool, at the kids clubs, and in our hotel room feeding them, allowing them to watch an appropriate amount cartoons. They brought crafts for the girls to make bracelets, and oragami. Our children were okay swimmers but after Narie and Ria were done with them our little one was so confident, swimming by herself without floats and even going under water. They made sure our kids ate their vitamins, and were hydrated, had sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and did whatever we asked with a positive attitude.

We just want to share this because if it weren’t for them our trip wouldn’t have been the same. We felt 100% safe leaving our children with them, and got to go on some great mommy and daddy dates because we felt so comfortable. We love them! And our daughters do as well.

So thank you. We are so very grateful for them, and this company!

We hit the lottery when Ani came into our lives and made our holiday in Bali so wonderful. She took care of and loved our two daughters (aged 3 & 1) for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks like they were her own. She was fun, the kids loved her, she swam with them and occupied them completely which gave mum and dad some much needed adult time and gave the kids the devoted attention they crave. Most nights she feed them, bathed them and put them to bed whilst we enjoyed going out for a relaxing dinner. she was so good, we forgot how to parent when we got back to Australia and kept asking what time Ani was coming. Highly recommended, we will definitely be booking Ani again when we return in October for our Wedding. We miss her dearly.

Best Holiday = Our Nanny Komang!!! 10 days away is a long time for a 2.5 yr old, but it was a breeze having Komang as Our daughter Mae’s nanny and friend. We are missing her already and Mae is still saying ‘when in Komang’ coming!!!!Š

This is the second time I have used this service and I will continue to use with every trip.

Komang was a pleasure to have and made our holiday a holiday (for us the parents) by caring for Mae, taking her on outings and generally having fun for 8 hours of the day. Thank you Komang for being the beautiful person you are.

This is the third year in a row we’ve had Denny helping us with our two kids. She is very gentle, caring and patient. Very happy with her as always.

We were so lucky to have Rai as our nanny! Rai took care if my 8 month son and my friends 2 year old! Rai was amazing, very active with the kids – she would play with them, feed them, bath them and prepare them for bed. Anything you needed Rai was available to do. She was so flexible, to come earlier and leave later with little to no notice Thank you so much for your help and being so accomodating. We will definitely be back to Bali and asking for Rai again.

We booked Eka for 7 days as our ‘extra pair of hands’ and to watch our kids (5 and 2) when we had some date nights. BBB Admin was easy to correspond with when booking with the agency. The agency was recommended by 4 friends.

Eka is very attentive and switched on. Being a mum herself her ‘mum’ instincts were always on. Whether it was checking they had sunscreen on/hats packed, hands disinfected and alertness to my son’s allergy (we carry an epipen) or his eczema; Eka was always watching, observing and caring for the kids.

We also had her come along with us for a day outing to ubud and it was helpful having her translate when it was hard to communicate.

Day to day – having an extra pair of hands for swimming, mealtimes, or sorting our youngest for his afternoon day nap while we took our eldest out for quality time. Having Eka, put our mind at ease our kids were safe and made our holiday more relaxing and enjoyable as we maximised our family time.

We are all well rested and would highly recommend Eka. When we are back next in Bali we will definitely be booking Eka! The kids love Eka and miss her already!

This was our second trip where we have had Komang D look after our 5 & 3 year old! She is like an Aunty and the kids were so happy to see her on the first day. I can’t say enough good things about Komang D and Bali’s Best Babysitting. Everything is so easy and it makes such a difference to know the kids are safe & having a great time. It certainly makes our holiday.

Gloria was such a blessing, helping with my two boys after my husband had to return home.

She is very competent and the boys really liked and trusted her. Very highly recommended and will definitely be using her again x
