It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Ani looked after our 7 month daughter everyday for 10 days while we were in Canggu. She was professional, experienced, kind and loving and always happy. Her level of English was very good. When we come to Bali next time I will be asking for Ani. Ria looked after our older children when we went out for dinner some nights. Ria was on time, professional, kind and worked hard. Using Balis Best babysitting made our holiday easy and carefree.

This was very scary for us. Not something we would usually do, but now we can’t imagine a holiday withou Umi. She was amazing with our baby and he was very happy with her. Even though he was teething and a little bit grumpy Umi was always smiling, laughing and loving every minute of her job. Thank you Umi we appreciate you!!

We were lucky to have Gloria as our baby for ivy bear who is 1, she was absolutely fantastic with ivy and we felt we could trust her so quickly after seeing her interact. Koko was amazing with our 3 boys. The kids loved her, she was very reliable and a pleasure to have around. Our boys can’t wait to go back to see her again. Our 22 month old started to say don’t go Koko when it was time for her to leave. She made our holiday very relaxing and would highly recommend !Š
Eka & Umi
We recently used both Eka and Umi to look after our 9 month old son on our trip to Bali. Both ladies were wonderful with him. They were confident, engaging and we felt very comfortable letting them feed him dinner and put him to bed while we went out for dinner. The booking system was easy to use and the company was very responsive to our questions. Thanks again Eka and Umi !

We hired Denny for half days over 4 days, best thing we did. She was absolutely amazing with our children, patient, understanding and totally in control of the situation. 3 kids can be a juggle but i have nothing but positive things to say, she coped so well. She sent updates and our kids loved her. Her english was fantastic. The service itself was a breeze to use with prompt response. We will certainly be back and booking Denny again.

We hired a nanny for the first time ever and weren’t sure what it would be like. Cicik was our Nanny for the week and we were absolutely blown away. She could not do enough for us. She looked after our daughter 4, and so. 11 months. Our boy is very fussy but Cicik was amazing with him! She was co fide t and knew exactly what she was doing. We were sad to see her go at the end of the week and will definitely use her again when we return to Bali.

We had an amazing holiday and it was all due to having the lovely wayan with us. Wayan took exceptional care of our 9 month old daughter. This was the first time we had left our daughter with anyone other than grandparents so we were unsure of what to expect but on day 1 our daughter immediately took to wayan who was very softly spoken and gentle. Prior to our holiday my husband wasn’t comfortable about leaving the villa without having our daughter and wayan with us, so on the first evening of us being there, when he suggested that just the two of us go out to eat I was pleasantly surprised. We both felt comfortable with her straight away. Wayan did an excellent job, we loved how she was always singing nursery rhymes , counting and talking about the little games that she was playing with the toys , and her complete attentiveness throughout made us feel very comfortable for the five days that she was with us.
