It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

We had the pleasure of Nanny Wayan S babysitting our children, 4 in total; our kids loved Wayan, instantly connected with her which made us very comfortable heading out for dinner and some adult time. We love Nanny Putu!! Putu is such a kind lady who I can not recommend more. Our son who was 11 months at the time has always been very attached to mum & dad so we were a little nervous about leaving him. He warmed to Putu quickly and loved playing with her, she gave him her 24/7 attention & nothing was ever a hassle. We are so happy we took the leap to hire a nanny as we could also enjoy nights out to dinner while our baby was back at the hotel sleeping. We recently had Eka babysit my son and nephew (both 2) while we were in Bali. She was so warm, friendly, and relaxed and knew exactly what to do. She brought along some fun activities, played happily with the boys and was quickly on top of meals / sun cream / bedtimes and everything else. We used Eka for casual babysitting on our recent trip to Bali and she was incredible. She was punctual, amazing with the children (x2 excitable and busy two year old boys), easy-going and so capable (playing with the kids, feeding and bathing them, putting them to bed). Ati was a delight and the children miss her already! Ati looked after our three children aged 7 to 3 years old for one week (8 hrs a day) and I cannot recommend her enough. I will 100% requesting Ati next time we are in Bali. PS She is a craft queen – which was a huge hit for my kids!

We spent 7 nights in Bali and had the wonderful Umi live-in with us to help out with our two sons, aged 3.5 years and 15 months.
Umi is such a kind and caring person. Our kids warmed to her very quickly and she was a pleasure to have around. During her time with us she prepared meals for the kids, bathed them, put them to bed and performed all other kid-related duties. She brought toys along with her. The kids really enjoyed spending time with her. It was so lovely to see her interacting and playing with the kids. Everyone was having fun.
Having a live-in nanny allowed my husband and I to have a real break. We still spent quality time with the kids, lots of playing in the pool and walks around the neighbourhood. It also meant that we could enjoy one-on-one time with each other knowing that the kids were well taken care of and enjoying themselves.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Umi to other families and we look forward to having her stay with us on our next trip to Bali.

Our holiday in Bali was truly made wonderful by our nanny Umi. Her care (and patience) with both our 5 years and 1 year old boys was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she even went out of our way picking up laundry and supplies when we needed it.
