It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Ketut was amazing. Our two little girls (3 & 1) were very nervous about being left and were sick which made it extra hard but she kept them well entertained and responded beautifully to their needs. They loved having her as part of our holiday and we were sad to see her leave after 4 days. Would use Ketut and this service again!

Nanny Ketut and Wayan S looked after our 4 kids under 3 yo during our recent trip to Bali. We thought they were fantastic! Always on time, kept in touch with updates on the kids, were happy to follow our routines and the kids were happy and engaged. Both were mums themselves and they just got ‘it’. We would definitely use this professional and quality service again and can highly recommend it.

Our family were so so blessed to have had nanny Umi for my girls aged 5 & 8 during our last holiday to Bali. We have had 4 different nanny’s from BBB in total over the years ( always forget to book in time to choose who we want) all have been amazing with our girls, though I must say Umi went above and beyond with hair braids, nail art, craft and much more, she had our 5 yo in tears most nights not wanting her to leave. I will NOT forget to book this special lady next year!!! !

All went perfectly last night thank you! Putu arrived on time and from the moment she arrived was hands on with the kids and they liked her straight away.
Putu was present, gentle and responsive with all the children, and helped with dinner etc as the kids were at a party with us. We then took the kids to our villa next door at bedtime and Putu had bought some play dough for my eldest which she loved.
We were able to be at the party and enjoy the time knowing our kids were being well looked after.
Thank you for such a positive experience, we will definitely be using your services again.
