It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

We had Denny look after our almost 2 year old during our 7 day stay in Bali and she was amazing. She formed a great bond with our daughter very quickly and was very flexible and easy to get along with. Her English is fantastic and we enjoyed getting to know her as a friend as well as a nanny. Having Denny look after our daughter meant that my husband and I had the opportunity to spend some quality time together while feeling confident that she was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Denny, and we will definitely book her again for future trips!

We had a great experience with Balis Best Babysitting. We had booked in a Nanny however she unexpectedly became sick about a week before we were set to leave but Bali’s Best Babysitting kept us informed and recommended a different nanny for us. The communication was fantastic. We ended up having Nanny Wayan S who immediately took to our 4 month old and 2 year old. We were very nervous as we had not left our kids with anyone other than family previously however my 2 year old did not want Wayan to leave each day and was very upset at the end of the trip. It is not easy looking after 2 young children but Wayan did it with ease and was very accomodating with hours and was happy to either come along with us as part of the family to help or have the children on her own so we could have some adult time. My husband was extremely skeptical about getting a nanny however now he can’t wait for us to go back and book Wayan again!

Amie is incredible she went over and beyond from swimming with the kids, bring and doing arts and crafts even balloon making. Super grateful as it allowed us to have adult time as well…

Our experience with Bali best babysitting was seamless from the first interaction. Communication regarding arrangements, payment derails etc was great. We used two different nannies. Narie in Ubud for one evening and Cicik for 3 days in Nusa Dua.
Narie arrived with games at the ready and both kids 4.5 and 22 months were taken by her instantly.
Cicik was with us for three days in Nusa Dusa. She was gentle and caring with the children, assisting in all facets of the day from nap time, meal time, baths and bedtime as well as plenty of fun play time. She kept us up to date with messages, pics and videos whilst we were away from the children ( they were actually better behaved for her than us!). We were even able to get out on her booked day when our daughter was suffering from Bali belly, which she handled with such care. I wouldn’t hestitate in recommending this service if all the nannies are as great as the two we encountered. What a superb service!

We were fortunate enough to have Ketut Sari minding our two girls (aged 2.4 years and 9months) over 8 days. Ketut was amazing with our girls and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I felt 100% at ease leaving them with her and by the end of our trip our eldest daughter was waking up asking where “Tut†was. We can’t thank you enough for treating our girls with such care and patience, as well as allowing my husband and I to reconnect and enjoy each other’s company as two adults (rather than two parents wrangling children). We can’t wait to see you again Ketut (our Bali mummy)!

We were looking at trailing a nanny this trip so we are more comfortable when we need one next year. Umi W was our nanny and she was amazing. I can not recommend her enough she was friendly and fantastic with my 9-month-old and 3 year old. I can’t wait to spend a week with her next year.

We used Bali’s Best Babysitting service in May 2019. Email communication prior to the holiday was excellent.
We had Rai with us for 9 days. She accompanied myself and my two children under 4 to a variety of locations such as Bali Safari, Splashpark, Sanur night markets. She was very accomodating to my plans and went with the flow, she was active with the children when needed. She took the time to get to know the children which made her communication with them excellent.
I also found her helpful to me at some of our outings as she used her local knowledge to assist me with planning and experience.
She is chatty as well which made getting to know her easy.
I recommend Rai and hope to book her again!

We had the pleasure of having Ati as our nanny, our son Tobin had so much fun with her and was telling us that Ati was his best friend. Ati played cars, swam and kept our son entertained for hours most days he would rather hang out with Ati than us which meant we were able to have a holiday to.
