I was very nervous about having someone that I didn’t know come and watch my 2-year old son, but my worries faded very quickly with Nanny Rai. She was excellent right from the start. She was on-time and brought some toys with her. Immediately my son wanted to play with her and her toy horse. I was working upstairs the whole time she was here but I could hear them laughing and having a great time together. It was very comforting for me and I am so glad I found you guys! I highly recommend Nanny Rai to anyone! She was fantastic!

I just wanted to let you know how much my family loved having Ria as our nanny, she was wonderful. My kids adored her, she was so kind and gentle with them and I felt completely safe leaving them alone with her. My kids keep asking when they can see her again. We will definitely book her next time we come to Bali.

We stayed in bali for 6 days and used one of the nanny’s called Eka, she is the most amazing nanny we’ve had ! Specially for our high energy two year old ! She did so well with him, We’ve already booked her for our next trip and can’t wait to see her again!! 🙂

We were quite nervous about using a babysitter we had never met in a country we had never been to, but as soon as we met Eka we felt very comfortable. She came prepared with activities for the kids and they loved her! I would recommend Eka to anyone.

We were delighted to have Putu as our nanny again. She previously looked after our 2.5 year old when he was a baby and this time our 11 month old as well. She was absolutely wonderful with the boys, who loved her, and we had complete confidence leaving them with her. Our 2.5 year old can be a bit of a handful and she was fantastic at redirecting him and keeping him happy, and our baby would kick his legs and coo with delight when he saw her. She was respectful and thoughtful, and good company too. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks BBB for the easy booking and thankyou Putu, we hope to see you next time.

Ketut was absolutely amazing!! I highly reccomend her. She was kind, caring, and willing to do anything my son wanted to do to have fun. This included, drawing, swimming, plaing games etc. We love her and will definately use her again.

What an amazing service you guys offer! We we were thoroughly impressed with both the standard of care, flexibility and kindness of both nannies we used on our recent trip. Umi was fantastic with our two year old and 10 month old… so much so that our 2 year old Bailey keeps asking for them and how happy they made him. Thank you so much. We had the pleasure of Denny joining our family for four days recently. Denny immediately gelled with my two boys (ages 22 months and 3 years). She was fantastic at preempting their needs and I felt myself relax every day as she arrived. She was confident in the water and very protective over my youngest who likes to jump in the deep end. My husband got a real chance to relax for the first time in years. She was amazing at getting them to sleep and they both had very long naps under her care. I can’t wait to return to Bali and have Denny join us again. Thank you!

Very simply: Eka is amazing!!!!!

How do I put in words the appreciation and gratitude I have for Eka and the way she was with our 9month old daughter and family. From the first day Eka was attentive, in tune with Madison’s needs and happy to play, change, swim, feed and do everything for her. Eka very quickly put Madi and ourselves at easy and continued to be amazing with her each day. We originally were looking to have Eka just some times when we went to dinner however were lucky to extend our time with her to give us more relaxing time. Madi had a blast and was always happy to see Eka each day. We would and will return to Bali and make sure we book Eka in advance.

Oh Gosh … where do I start?!! I had heard about BBB from so many people and I can see why they have the most incredible reputation and are the absolute best at what they do. They are simply amazing!! This is such a professional and well run outfit. I was so nervous as we had not had ANYONE at all look after our children and after looking around and contacting other services, we are confident that using BBB was the best decision we have made. We had Wayan as our nanny and we and our children could not have been in better hands! From the booking process to the information we were sent by the admin team and the amazing contact they made with us, we were treated like we mattered every step of the way.  Not to mention the wonderful nanny Wayan… she and BBB were simply incredible!! Our nanny went above and beyond playing, feeding, bathing, swimming, acting as a translator, tour guide, helping us catch the right taxis, bartering while shopping …. whatever the day bought about! Have yourselves a great holiday, believe the reviews and just book it in. It will make your holiday to Bali a breeze – You won’t regret it! …. 5 star ladies, well done 🙂
