We were so grateful for Ruth having availability (despite me booking very last minute!) to spend some time with our two children (3y, 5y) while my husband and I went out for dinner together. We spent the first couple of hours at the villa with Ruth and the children as both are very shy when meeting new people and we wanted to ensure they were comfortable. Within about 10 minutes, Ruth had them playing in the pool, doing tricks in the water and playing with the pool toys. Our children had no hesitation when we told them we were leaving for a couple of hours – which is so unbelievably rare for our kids!

Ruth brought along some activities to keep the children entertained, ensured they were fed, bathed and into bed – we even asked her if she could live with us forever!

We intend on returning to Bali mid to late 2025 and will absolutely book in again with Ruth to assist with the children – she was invaluable help and her gentle nature put both my husband and I, at the children at ease which was really important to us.

Thank you so much Ruth & BBB, we can’t wait to use your service again when we return.

Narie and Tuti were particularly our favourites. They were so engaged and positive with our children it really made us feel at ease. They connected straight away with the children and you could really tell they loved them.

Tuti was wonderful with our 2yo daughter. She was very kind and warm, extra prepared with fun games, and also punctual and flexible. Our daughter, who can often take a while to warm up to new people, was happy and comfortable with her immediately. She only wanted to be with Tuti!

We love Wayan and are so glad we got her. Wayan is a great human and great with kids. We were nervous to get a nanny but we were very quickly comfortable with Wayan and our 18 month old warmed up quickly too. He had so much fun going to kids club for a couple of hours every day with Yaya. We will definitely use Wayan again!

The Bali’s Best Babysitting team provided a very quick, simple and easy to use platform.

We were able to go through all the available nannies with a short description. Ketut Tika was available and we loved the fact that she felt comfortable swimming so we chose her.

From the very beginning she showed up professionally, always on time and from the very first moment she met our 20 month toddler she instantly and confidently treated her with care, respect and love. Our daughter was drawn to her instantly!

She always took care to follow our preferences, made sure she was covered in sunscreen and mosquito repellent, sang to her, walked around with her and helped soothe her when needed. We don’t do screen time and she never once offered; instead, she brought a bunch of toys to keep her entertained and also took her into the pool every day which she loved! I never once saw her distracted by or on her phone while they were interacting and she was always present with our baby!

Our daughter was going through some separation anxiety at the time but Ketut mastered the art of distracting our daughter so she calmed down quickly.

She gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing that our daughter was in great hands at all times which made our trip more enjoyable!

I can fully recommend Ketut to anyone and I would definitely book her again!

We were lucky enough to have Ruth as our babysitter. My two girls (6YO and 8YO) took to her immediately and she was great with them the whole time. Next time we are in Bali, we will definitely be asking for Ruth again.

Umi was fantastic.

Always on time.

I sent directions so she knew the timing of meals for our son and she followed everything perfectly.

We had plenty of ideas for her to do but she also brought toy options as requested.

She also responded to messages quickly and kept in touch which is important to me.

She put him to bed on time just as asked.

My son is easy and would be happy with anymore but he said he was fun and enjoyed her company.

I was worried to leave him with a stranger but was extremely happy with Umi.

We care for 4 kids with complex developmental disability and your ladies are just beautiful with them.

We initially engaged Candra from for two days, but we were so impressed and amazed at how well our son got along with her that we decided to extend her services.

Candra has an easygoing nature and exceptional soft-touch skills that immediately put our son at ease, even with a stranger. She made him feel comfortable and cared for, which gave us peace of mind throughout.

We are incredibly grateful for her professionalism and warm demeanor. Without a doubt, we will engage Candra again when we return to Bali with our little one. Highly recommended!
