The Bali’s Best Babysitting team provided a very quick, simple and easy to use platform.

We were able to go through all the available nannies with a short description. Ketut Tika was available and we loved the fact that she felt comfortable swimming so we chose her.

From the very beginning she showed up professionally, always on time and from the very first moment she met our 20 month toddler she instantly and confidently treated her with care, respect and love. Our daughter was drawn to her instantly!

She always took care to follow our preferences, made sure she was covered in sunscreen and mosquito repellent, sang to her, walked around with her and helped soothe her when needed. We don’t do screen time and she never once offered; instead, she brought a bunch of toys to keep her entertained and also took her into the pool every day which she loved! I never once saw her distracted by or on her phone while they were interacting and she was always present with our baby!

Our daughter was going through some separation anxiety at the time but Ketut mastered the art of distracting our daughter so she calmed down quickly.

She gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing that our daughter was in great hands at all times which made our trip more enjoyable!

I can fully recommend Ketut to anyone and I would definitely book her again!

We were lucky enough to have Ruth as our babysitter. My two girls (6YO and 8YO) took to her immediately and she was great with them the whole time. Next time we are in Bali, we will definitely be asking for Ruth again.

Umi was fantastic.

Always on time.

I sent directions so she knew the timing of meals for our son and she followed everything perfectly.

We had plenty of ideas for her to do but she also brought toy options as requested.

She also responded to messages quickly and kept in touch which is important to me.

She put him to bed on time just as asked.

My son is easy and would be happy with anymore but he said he was fun and enjoyed her company.

I was worried to leave him with a stranger but was extremely happy with Umi.

We care for 4 kids with complex developmental disability and your ladies are just beautiful with them.

We initially engaged Candra from for two days, but we were so impressed and amazed at how well our son got along with her that we decided to extend her services.

Candra has an easygoing nature and exceptional soft-touch skills that immediately put our son at ease, even with a stranger. She made him feel comfortable and cared for, which gave us peace of mind throughout.

We are incredibly grateful for her professionalism and warm demeanor. Without a doubt, we will engage Candra again when we return to Bali with our little one. Highly recommended!

We had the fantastic experience in Bali of having Ani come to hang out with us. My toddler doesn’t warm to people nor has been looked after by others. By Ani blew some bubbles and let him make choices and within three days he had warmed to her.

My 9 year old loved her aswell. She went swimming with us and came to Trans Studio which helped a lot with the toddlers nap time and also going on rides with my 9 year old.

We love Ani’s service she was kind, caring, sweet and very helpful. We are coming back in March and would love to request Ani again.

We absolutely loved the care and support that Ruth & Siti showed for our boy. They were so capable and confident and made us and him feel so at ease. It really made our trip so much more enjoyable. Pass on our thanks to both of them. Look forward to using BBB when we’re back there next time.

Firstly, what we were super grateful for was how quickly you acted to ensure a replacement nanny was able to come and support us, when our original nanny was unfortunately unwell. Melany was a great help with both our boys , especially our eldest playing many games with him which he loved. She was very caring and nurturing.

Minar, our second nanny, was also a fantastic help. My eldest Son loved playing in the pool with her and she was great at helping out with our baby too. Both nannies got stuck in right away supporting and didn’t need asking to do certain things they just did it naturally which was a huge help.

We hope to visit Bali again later next year and will for sure be using your service again.

We would like to send our deepest gratitude to our wonderful Bali Nanny “RIA”, she is warm, kind and very patient with our two little ones. We have used Ria a number of times and she feels like family we have even given her the title of “Bali Nanna”.
