It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Desak
Desak was great with the boys (for the second year in a row).
We knew they were safe with Desak and have a great time with her. She’s friendly, a good communicator, prompt and we have full confidence in her.

We’d like to thank Lucy for helping us on our holiday in Bali. We had the pleasure of Lucy once before which is why we specifically wanted her to help us once again.
She was just as amazing and helpful this time as she was the first. We will be requesting for her next time as well, she is patient and kind. She is independent and happy to go above and beyond what should be expected of a nanny.
We highly recommend Lucy… just don’t book her in while we’re on holidays because we want her all to ourselves.

Nanny kusi
Kusi was incredible! We had her with us for five days, and she was exceptionally kind and engaging with our two boys. They bonded with her instantly and had a wonderful time. We are so grateful for her care and dedication.

Review of Wayan S
Our 2.5 yr old loved Wayan S from the very start. This is our second time using BBB services and the communication and instructions have been great and easy to understand. I feel better knowing that I am using a reputable agency to care for our daughter.
Wayan brought beads for bracelets, braided her hair, brought toys for her to play with, and went on the waterslide a million times. My daughter looked forward to Wayan coming each day! Wayan’s English was great and she was very relaxed and happy for me and my husband to go out whilst she entertained Ruby at the hotel kids club and walking around the gardens.
We would use BBB again for sure and I am certain all of the nanny’s would be great!

Ririn
We recently engaged Ririn as a Nanny for our 2 and half year old Daughter Zaya. She was absolutely lovely and Zaya loved her! Professional, punctual, warm and very easy to get along with. She was flexible with changing the times and her communication over whatsapp was excellent.
My Daughter loved her instantly and she still asks after her. Ririn also bought lots of toys to entertain Zaya which was very much appreciated.
I would not hesitate to book Ririn again and I found the whole booking process to be great. I would highly recommend the BBB company.

Siti was a fantastic help while we were in Bali with our two little girls. She was willing to help with anything we needed and was very flexible. Our usually shy daughters warmed up to her straight away!
We trusted Siti and appreciated that she was both kind and firm, so not only did the girls love her but they also listened to her.

Ria
I booked for my young boys to be looked after by Ria. I was nervous about how the boys would go as they haven’t been in daycare or anything and looked after only by me. Ria was incredible, she was so lovely and the boys warmed to her right away! My 3 year old would ask for Ria every morning, and would run to meet her with the biggest smile on his face when she arrived to look after them. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We have already booked to go next year, I will definitely be booking Ria again and will always be booking through Bali’s Best Babysitting!

Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback on our time with Komang D. We appreciated her to no end. She came to us in one of the busiest times of our lives – our wedding holiday, and supported us gently, kindly and perfectly. It was such a pleasure to have her there on our wedding day. She truly has a way with children (and parents!), and every single person in our group loved her, mostly our 2.5 year old son.
