Eka was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She was incredible with our kids, especially in the water, and handled their difficult, moody moments with patience, confidence, and genuine warmth. Eka is very outgoing and instantly engaging — she even arrived with a “bag of tricks” that our kids absolutely loved. One highlight was how she brought water bombs, which completely brought our 7-year-old out of her shell. Eka has an amazing ability to quickly identify what kids enjoy and use that to build rapport and trust almost immediately. We felt completely at ease leaving our children with her and would happily book her again.

Candra was very helpful and friendly from the outset. She was able to familiarize with the children quickly and we were able to enjoy some quality kid-free time together without any worry.

We will book Candra again when we return to Balie next time 😊

At first, we were understandably anxious and hesitant, as we were not used to having a nanny, but we also needed some quality time for ourselves as a couple.

However, from the very beginning, Miss Ruth made us feel comfortable and confident. Her calm, caring nature and professionalism quickly put us at ease, and our 3-year-old son settled in beautifully.

She was attentive, reliable, and genuinely nurturing, and we always felt reassured knowing he was in such capable and loving hands. We would highly recommend Ruth to any family.

We had Caca join us at Waterbom for the day and my kids had so much fun with her. It allowed us to go on some rides ourselves, knowing the Caca was looking after our daughter and ensuring she had a great time on the rides she wanted to go on.

We booked Komang D for 2 days. We have been using Komang over the last 6 years and she is like our Bali family 😊 Our kids are 11 & 9 now, and don’t actually need a nanny anymore but they love to see Komang and spend time with her. We also like to support her as much as we can, given the recent passing of her husband and the sad loss of her son 2 years ago.

We always recommend BBB to anyone we know travelling to Bali with kids. You have great staff who are attentive, respectful and form such a lovely bond with the families they take care of.

Our nanny Lina is amazing! Our kids had a great time with her she’s so loving and caring. Highly recommended 😊

We wanted to share a few words to reflect on our amazing experiences with our Nannie’s Ruth and Candra, who cared for our two boys (4) and (1), during our holiday to Bali in October 2025.

Candra: Candra is a very nurturing, reassuring, capable and independent person. She was always on time and great at communicating with us. Our children really loved their time with her. She was playful and engaging with the kids. I found her caring and reassuring as a fellow mum, and she understood our needs as parents also. I would definitely recommend Candra, and we are looking forward to her help when next visit Bali. She is an amazing mum herself, and this was observed in the warmth and care she showed our children.

Ruth: This was our second experience working with Ruth. We first met Ruth who cared for our then, one year old son in October 2023. When we returned to Bali in October 2025, we knew we wanted to work with Ruth again. Ruth is so playful and engaging and is a natural with kids, our son loved his time with her. He really gravitated towards her, and he looked forward to her coming and playing with him every day. Ruth was also great with communicating and was very fluent in English. She’s very resourceful, capable and independent. We recommended Ruth to our friends, who also visited Bali and they have all had wonderful things to say about her also.

Nanny Caca was amazing! Our two children (5 year old boy and 12 year old girl) absolutely loved her. She connected with them instantly which made my husband and I completely at ease leaving our kids with her. They made balloon animals, did art, played games and even went swimming.

She made sure she asked us about the kids dietary requirements, allergies, likes and dislikes before we left. Her english is wonderful, she greeted us like we were family. The kids cant wait to come back and see Nanny Caca again!!

Wayan was friendly, kind, gentle and always smiling. She looked after our 3 children (2 boys aged 8 and 6 and our daughter aged 10 months) and she made it look easy! It can be hard to keep all 3 children amused with the age difference but she managed this with ease. She brought games and arts and crafts that were perfect for our three children so they could all play together. She was also very good at making our baby daughter feel happy and calm being left in our absence which was a first for us and she could even put her down for naps which no one has ever managed to do other than my husband and I! We were all sad to have to say goodbye to Wayan when we left and would definitely book her again.

This is the 4th or 5th time we have Rama and always appreciate her help with our 2 kids. She’s a great support with our eldest in particular. We will always try to book Rama when we come back to bali!

This is our third year in a row having Melany join our holiday and I now can’t imagine Bali without her. She is the perfect balance of fun and control. My children have a great time and I know they are safe and in bed when they are supposed to be.

Mel is a great communicator, she’s always on time and well prepared for the day. My children are very fair and she’s always on top of the Sun lotion throughout the day if we are hangout at the pool. She joins us for dinner so if our little one needs an early night our big one can stay for the fun. It just makes holidays easier and more fun for everyone

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melany. She has been an absolute pleasure three years in a row.
