This is our second time with Candra, and probably not the last! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She really eases the cognitive load when it comes to looking after our 10 year old autistic son, and 2 year old active toddler. She is proactive and asks the right questions and is obviously very experienced. I can trust her with my children, and she is very easy to have in our space. She establishes their interests and brings toys that she knows they will like. They looked forward to her coming every day, which it makes it so much easier as parents to feel like we can leave them knowing they are safe and happy.

We cannot recommend Ria highly enough. This was our second time having Ria care for our three children in Bali, and once again she was absolutely wonderful.

From the moment she was with our family, Ria treated our children with so much kindness, patience and respect. She is incredibly reliable, honest, punctual and flexible, and we felt completely comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ria was always happy to swim with the kids, take them to the beach, Kids Club, lunch or dinner, and help us navigate the best way to get to do things. With Waterbom park she even helped us get the best location for us to base ourselves for the day. She genuinely enjoyed spending time with our children, and they absolutely adored her.

Having now used Ria twice, we trust her completely. Over the two weeks she was with us, she truly became part of our family. Knowing our girls were safe, happy and so well cared for allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday too.

I was genuinely emotional saying goodbye to her at the end of our trip, which probably says everything about the impact she had on our family.

Ria is an absolute blessing, and we feel very lucky to have found her. I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a trustworthy, caring and wonderful babysitter or nanny in Bali. We will absolutely be contacting her again whenever we return. ❤️

We have been using the wonderful Gloria from Best Bali Babysitting for the past two years, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.

Gloria is a local nanny who previously worked as an au pair in Australia, and over the years she has really become an extension of our family and an extra set of hands when we are in Bali.

What we love most is that she doesn’t feel like someone we are simply “leaving the kids with”. We typically all spend the week together – Gloria joins us for our days out, beach clubs, pool time, meals and activities, as well as happily staying at the villa with the girls when we need a break. She just slots into family life so naturally.

For us, Bali is about escaping the craziness of our busy Sydney lives and actually slowing down and enjoying our children. Having Gloria with us makes such a huge difference to that. We still spend loads of quality time together as a family, but having an extra pair of hands means we can relax a little, enjoy a coffee or lunch, have a swim, or sometimes spend some one-on-one time with each child – something that can be hard to achieve when you’re parenting two young children.

She is incredibly kind, patient and calm, and absolutely wonderful with children. She has an amazing ability to entertain them for hours and regularly brings her own activities – paints, clay, drawing, bubbles, craft and all sorts of creative things. She genuinely plays with them and gets involved, rather than simply supervising them.

One of the biggest things for us is how much we trust her. Our youngest was only two when we first started using Gloria, and I have always felt completely confident with her looking after both girls, including being in the pool with them. She is extremely vigilant and has excellent awareness of where the children are and what they need.

She is also fantastic to have along on outings. She is happy to accompany us to beach clubs, restaurants and activities, or come along for a full day exploring. She even came with us to Bali Safari and was brilliant – helping with the kids, navigating around the park and keeping everything running smoothly, so we weren’t spending the day with our heads buried in maps trying to work out where we were going!

Her attention to detail is exceptional. She remembers sunscreen, water, snacks, meals, routines, rest times and all the little preferences and requests that make life with children easier. You can tell her what your family needs and she just gets on with it.

And the girls absolutely adore her.

After two years, Gloria genuinely feels like part of our Bali family. She is warm, reliable, fun, incredibly caring and completely trustworthy. She makes our holidays feel less like the logistical juggle they can be at home and much more like the relaxed, enjoyable family time we come to Bali for.

If you are coming to Bali with young children, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Gloria more highly. Finding someone you completely trust with your children is priceless – and Gloria is exactly that person for us. Xx

We couldn’t recommend Wayan enough. She’s very friendly and loving towards our 9 months old son. She was attentive and excellent at creating distractions when he would get upset. Assisted him with walking and getting him to kick his legs when swimming. Held our baby while he slept as he likes close contact and we would definitely use her and your services again when we return to Bali for a holiday.

We know Rama from previous holidays and keep coming back to Bali so we can see her again! She fits right into our family and makes our holiday so enjoyable, as the adults are able to relax and enjoy some downtime too.

Rama is so attentive with the kids, always ensuring they are fed, hydrated, sun screened and ready to play. She brings her own toys which are always age appropriate and always a big hit. The kids especially loved swimming with her, and she even came to Waterbom park with us. She is a great fun but also ensures that she remains in control of our very excitable and energetic children! Her hair braiding skills are phenomenal, and our 5 year old girl was so lucky to have 3 different hair styles whilst on holidays.

We want to thank Rama and would highly recommend her. We love Rama!

This is the second time we have used Balis best babysitting. We stayed in Bali for a month this time and had the pleasure of having Wayan A, Komang and Tuti who were all wonderful. We spent most of the time with Wayan A who was absolutely fabulous with our baby and our 4 year old son. She intuitively knew feeding/ nap times etc based on our babies age. She was engaging with our son who has quite bad separation anxiety but always had a great time with her. We have 100% trust in Balis Best and will continue to use them on our future trips to Bali.

Umi was our nanny for our baby girl, who is 6.5 months old. Umi was amazing with her – she followed our routine perfectly and our baby loved her. She clearly was very experienced with young babies. We were nervous to leave our baby so young with someone we don’t know, but we were able to leave her with Umi with ease, as we attended a wedding and other events throughout the week. She fed our baby, played with her, washed her, and put her to sleep with ease (our baby isn’t always easy to put to sleep but Umi had no trouble). She stayed overtime as well and said yes to anything we requested. We highly recommend Umi and will absolutely book her again for our next Bali trip!

We were incredibly lucky to have Kusi as our nanny for two weeks while holidaying in Bali, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of her.

From the moment Kusi walked through the door, Lacey absolutely loved her. Their connection was instant, and it wasn’t long before our daughter would be waiting excitedly at our hotel room door each morning for Kusi to arrive. As a mum, there is no better feeling than seeing your child so happy, comfortable and completely at ease with someone.

Whenever Kusi had our daughter on her own, she kept me updated throughout the day with photos and videos of their adventures together — whether they were swimming at the pool, feeding the fish or having fun at the kids club. It gave me such peace of mind being able to see how happy our daughter was and knowing she was being so well cared for.

Kusi also looked after me just as much as she looked after our daughter! She genuinely wouldn’t let me lift a finger while she was around. She was always insisting on carrying our bags and belongings, helping with anything that needed doing and making sure I could simply relax and enjoy my holiday while she took care of our daughter.

What really showed us just how special Kusi is was when our daughter became unwell during our trip and unfortunately ended up in hospital. Kusi went above and beyond anything I could ever have expected from a nanny. She stayed by our side, helped translate with the nurses and doctors, and made what was a very stressful and frightening experience so much easier for us.

Without even being asked, Kusi organised our washing, went out and bought toys to cheer our daughter up, and made sure we had nappies, wipes, water and anything else she could see we needed. She simply noticed what needed to be done and did it. Her kindness, initiative and genuine care for both our daughter and me were incredible.

Kusi wasn’t just someone who looked after our daughter while we were in Bali — she became someone we completely trusted and genuinely cared about. She is kind, nurturing, thoughtful, reliable and incredibly attentive. Most importantly, it was obvious that she genuinely cared for our daughter, and she absolutely adored her in return.

Having Kusi with us made such a difference to our holiday, particularly during an unexpectedly difficult few days. I will always be grateful for the care and support she gave us.

I would recommend Kusi without hesitation to any family looking for a nanny in Bali. She goes far beyond simply looking after your child — she genuinely cares for the whole family, and you would be incredibly lucky to have her.

Thank you so much for organising our nannies. We’ve used your service two or three times now, and every experience has been wonderful.

During our month in Bali, we had four of your beautiful nannies—Josie, Candra, Ririn and Narie. They were always punctual, professional and easy to communicate with, and it was clear that they genuinely had our children’s best interests at heart.

Each nanny brought different toys and art activities to keep the kids entertained, which our eldest absolutely loved. Our little one was always included too. Mealtimes can be especially busy with a 1.5-year-old, and the nannies would often take her for a little walk, help her say hello to the staff and locals, and make sure she was eating—allowing me to actually finish and enjoy my meal, which was pure bliss!

I always feel safe and completely comfortable leaving my children with your nannies because I know they have been carefully selected and trained.

I also love how adaptable and easygoing they are. They naturally follow your family’s rhythm, while also recognising what you might need—sometimes even suggesting, “Book me a little later and you two go out for dinner. You need it!”

You have some very special women on your team. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable and creating a little more space for Mum and Dad to relax and enjoy ourselves too.

Review 1: This was our second time using Nanny Ruth during a visit to Bali. She was on-time, professional, and was easy to communicate with. We also appreciated her accommodation when we realized the on-site ATM was closed for the evening and allowed us to make a direct bank payment to her via Wise instead. We would happily book with her again on future trips.

Review 2: Nanny Ria was wonderful. The children loved that she brought a small bag of her own toys to explore. They did a lot of crafts and balloon animals together. Ria communicated effectively, was on time each day, and had a gentle and calm demeanor while looking after the children. We would love to hire her again on future visits to Bali.
