It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Eka
We had Eka as a nanny for our 18 month old and sometimes for our 8 years old girl. Eka was such an incredible nanny, we would not have survived without her. She was very responsive, flexible on timing, she was with us 12 hours every day for 2 weeks straight. I can’t say enough good things about Eka, how sweet and amazing she was with 18 month old. I would 100% highly recommend Eka and Bali Best Babysitter to anyone that’s traveling to Bali with kids of any age. For the first time in two years my wife and I were able to spend some real time alone together on a vacation and that is worth it’s weight in gold.
Rama
We have used this service a few times now and have always had a great experience. This holidays our nanny was Rama, who we had also had last year. She is great, punctual and really friendly. The kids had a great time playing games, and her hairdressing skills are outstanding. thanks Rama!
Ketut Sari

She was early, very friendly, had great english and the kids were happy with her.

Ruth
Ruth was amazing. I hired her last year when my daughter was 9 months old and organised a trip to Bali around her so she could help me again. I’m a solo mother by choice so I’m exhausted and Ruth and Bali are my saving grace. She was always on time, kept me informed all day when I was away from my daughter, taught her so many words, songs, manners! She’s come back a little lady with so much more confidence. My daughter doesn’t nap very well in the afternoon but Ruth managed to get her to sleep nearly at the same time everyday and she also cooked her lunched everyday. Really I couldn’t have asked for more. Ruth is an amazing nanny and person. Highly highly recommend her.
Ketut Tika
We had the most wonderful experience with Tika.
She looked after our one-year old daughter so well, looking after her food, nappies, settling for sleep, and she loved taking her in the pool and to kids club.
Tika also helped to ensure our daughter didn’t miss out on any family time with us, bringing her to the pool with us and joining in with our family.
She also spoiled our kid bringing different toys and pool toys to play with.
Tika’s English was excellent and we loved learning about her family and her boys, and communication was incredibly prompt and easy.
We would definitely recommend Tika!!
Koko
Koko was a gem! She was attentive and patient with my girls and the parents was able to have a well deserved break.

Feedback for Nanny Melany:
We had Melany join us for 2 days during our trip. She was very attentive, asked questions, and our 18 month old daughter immediately felt at ease with her. We felt very comfortable with Melany and it was great having her as an extra set of hands. Would highly recommend!

We have hired Nanny Josie twice now to help look after our baby (first trip 5 months old, second trip 17 months old). She is such a pleasure to have around, very attentive, great to talk to, and shows great care with children. Would highly recommend!
Candra
Candra helped with caring for my 8 year old son in June/July. We spent time at a resort and at a Villa.
Candra is an experienced nanny who is very caring and attentive. Candra provided regular updates and even checked in on my son one morning as he had been unwell the day before.
I would highly recommend Candra to any families looking for an experienced Nanny.
Ani
Nanny Ani has been our go-to nanny for the past 5 years, since our little boy was just 18 months old. He cannot wait to see Ani every time we come back to Bali. This trip Ani took Noah to some incredible kids club activities we hadn’t heard of or been to before, and he had an absolute blast.

Narie
Narie looked after our daughter in 2023 when she was 14 months and again this time at the age of four. She has been such a warm, kind and loving person who seems to care for and love our girl as much as we do. She is always so responsible and professional. Our little girl really connected with her and enjoyed their time together. I know it’s a bit quiet in Ubud currently but I’m recommending Narie and Bali Best to everyone I know, in the hopes she will get a bit busier!
