Our experience with Caca was amazing.

She is very calm, kind and attentive to our children’s needs. She is very responsible and i was able to relax seeing how much fun they had. My children really loved her and she was like a baby sister to me .

Whenever i am in Bali I will make sure to request her again.

We had heard about Balis Best BabySitting through a few friends prior to our departure. Normally we go with hotel certified nannys but this time we booked in advance and engaged Balis Best Babysitter for our 3 year old and 2 month old. Given how young our littlest one is we wanted to ensure we signed up with a reputable and trusted org that ensures their nannies have CPR and Swim training.

Ketut supported us during our 2 weeks stay in Bali. We were so comfortable leaving both the kids with her. She is a mum herself, super gentle and patient. And bought along the cutest little blow up balloons which she would make into little animals, which was super thrilling for my 3 year old. He waited every day to see the new animal she would make for him with the balloons.

She was kind. Polite. Always on time. She was gentle with the littlest one. She would ensure both boys were washed, dressed, fed and put to bed by the time we got back to the hotel. And during the day, she would play with our 3 year old in the pool together with us, or gave us headspace to play with our 3 year old while she took care of our littlest one.

She was great in the sense that we could always ask for a bit of extra time, if we wanted to hang out till a bit later. And she never hesitated. Same applied if she was running late, she would be sure to notify us.

We really appreciate Ketut Sari. Our son still asks about Aunty Tut and when he can see her again!

We cannot begin to express our gratitude to our two beautiful nannies, Josie and Lucy. Our babies are 6 months and 21 months old so we were a little nervous about leaving them in someone else’s care but we needn’t have been. They instantly bonded with Josie and Lucy. Our toddler was always giggling and chatting with them both. They brought toys, games, bubbles and were so intuitive about what the babies needed and when. They made bottles of formula, organised food, cleaned clothes. They were holiday angels!

It gave my husband and I our first real break in 2 years. We can’t wait to book them again for next year.

This is our third year in a row using Bali’s Best Babysitting, and once again we could not be happier with the experience. This year we had the pleasure of having Wayan S and Ria care for our three very active boys, and Wayan A also assisted for part of our trip.

From the moment they walk through the door, the boys are completely engaged. Every day they arrive with new ideas, activities, and games to keep the kids entertained, active, and excited. Their energy, creativity, and genuine care are incredible.

One of the main reasons we use Bali’s Best Babysitting is so that my husband and I can truly switch off and relax while still being close by and enjoying family time. The nannies make this possible. We have complete trust in them, and the boys absolutely adore them.

There were many days when our boys would be standing at the door waiting and counting down until Wayan and Ria arrived. That alone says everything about the connection they build with the children.

I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The care, attention, fun, and love they show our children is exceptional. Every year I find myself genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of our holiday, and this year was no different.

Thank you to Wayan S, Ria, and Wayan A for helping create such wonderful memories for our family. We will absolutely be back again next year and highly recommend Bali’s Best Babysitting to any family visiting Bali.

We had such a wonderful experience with Nanny Rama and Nanny Ruth during our holiday in Bali. This is our second time we have both Nany Rama and Ruth.

Nanny Rama is very motherly, caring, attentive and has great initiative. She has such a warm and nurturing way with children, which made us feel comfortable and reassured from the beginning.

Nanny Ruth is energetic, fun and wonderful with our 6-year-old son. She kept him entertained and engaged, and she also showed great initiative without needing to be told what to do. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable and trusted her to look after my son, including leaving him in her care while we went out.

Both Rama and Ruth made our Bali holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. It gave us peace of mind knowing our son was happy, safe and well cared for. We would happily recommend balisbestbabysitting to our friends and other families travelling to Bali and would definitely use them again on our next visit. My advise is Always booked early I mean 3 months early!

First timers!

We never had a nanny before, our 18 month old had only been looked after by grandparents a handful of times and my husband was very nervous about using a nanny service in another country (wild imagination, his thinking along the lines of the movie Taken)…. But we had the best experience.

Ketut Tika helped us so much, she gave the kids a fantastic warm and exciting time (they warmed up to her very quickly) and gave my husband and I time alone to have our second date since my 18 month old was born. Turns out we just needed some quality time together to get into a better place.

My kids still talk about Tika 2 weeks after and asks when we will see her again 🙂

We went with Bali’s Best Babysitting as we wanted Mel to be our nanny, in particular, as we had received recommendations for her by word of mouth. We cannot recommend her enough! She is an absolutely beautiful soul, who our two daughters, 5 and 3yo, very quickly warmed up to, to the point where they would miss her if she wasn’t there, and would run up to her to hug her when they first saw her in the morning. She was always so super flexible and accommodating of our poor planning, and was just generally useful to have around! It was particularly appreciated when she was willing to get into the water for hours on end when our kids didn’t want to get out! Thank you so much Mel! We hope to see you again!!!

We had Eka as a nanny for our 18 month old and sometimes for our 8 years old girl. Eka was such an incredible nanny, we would not have survived without her. She was very responsive, flexible on timing, she was with us 12 hours every day for 2 weeks straight. I can’t say enough good things about Eka, how sweet and amazing she was with 18 month old. I would 100% highly recommend Eka and Bali Best Babysitter to anyone that’s traveling to Bali with kids of any age. For the first time in two years my wife and I were able to spend some real time alone together on a vacation and that is worth it’s weight in gold.

We have used this service a few times now and have always had a great experience. This holidays our nanny was Rama, who we had also had last year. She is great, punctual and really friendly. The kids had a great time playing games, and her hairdressing skills are outstanding. thanks Rama!
