It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Feedback - Nanny Melany & Nanny Josie
Feedback for Nanny Melany:
We had Melany join us for 2 days during our trip. She was very attentive, asked questions, and our 18 month old daughter immediately felt at ease with her. We felt very comfortable with Melany and it was great having her as an extra set of hands. Would highly recommend!

We have hired Nanny Josie twice now to help look after our baby (first trip 5 months old, second trip 17 months old). She is such a pleasure to have around, very attentive, great to talk to, and shows great care with children. Would highly recommend!
Candra
Candra helped with caring for my 8 year old son in June/July. We spent time at a resort and at a Villa.
Candra is an experienced nanny who is very caring and attentive. Candra provided regular updates and even checked in on my son one morning as he had been unwell the day before.
I would highly recommend Candra to any families looking for an experienced Nanny.
Ani
Nanny Ani has been our go-to nanny for the past 5 years, since our little boy was just 18 months old. He cannot wait to see Ani every time we come back to Bali. This trip Ani took Noah to some incredible kids club activities we hadn’t heard of or been to before, and he had an absolute blast.

Narie
Narie looked after our daughter in 2023 when she was 14 months and again this time at the age of four. She has been such a warm, kind and loving person who seems to care for and love our girl as much as we do. She is always so responsible and professional. Our little girl really connected with her and enjoyed their time together. I know it’s a bit quiet in Ubud currently but I’m recommending Narie and Bali Best to everyone I know, in the hopes she will get a bit busier!

Minar
I am writing to share our wonderful experience with Minar, who recently cared for our two children during our time in Bali. She was an absolute standout during our trip and we can’t recommend her highly enough!
From the very beginning, Minar established a high level of professional trust. Leaving our children with someone new can often be daunting, but her attentive and warm demeanor immediately put us at ease. We felt completely comfortable leaving our kids in her care.
Minar went above and beyond by keeping the children genuinely engaged. She was highly proactive, always arriving with fantastic ideas and structured activities that kept them entertained and happy. Her attentiveness to their safety and well-being was exemplary.
Minar is a truly trustworthy, creative, and skilled nanny.

nanny Wayan A
We are so grateful to nanny Wayan A for allowing the entire family to have a wonderful holiday. From the first moment our boys met nanny Wayan they were instantly at ease and comfortable around her. They had the best week playing in the pool, on the beach and at the kids club with her. Nanny Wayan even brought some of her own toys from home which kept them very engaged and excited throughout the week! Every day they would ask after nanny Wayan, and at the end of the week were very sad to have to leave her! Wayan we cannot thank you enough, and look forward to working with you again next time!

Our experience with Wayan was beyond what we could have asked for. Our kids immediately fell in love with their ‘Bali Grandma’. Wayan was caring and fun, she brought such a great experience to our holiday. We have been home a week and my son keeps telling me he needs to go back to Bali to be with his ‘Bali Grandma’ forever… such a great experience! We miss her already!! Thank you 🙏🏽
Lina and Komang
We had two nannies over two weeks, Lina and Komang, for our three year old. Both nannies were outstanding. They were kind, diligent, caring and very observant of our (active!) toddler. They brought fun games, toys and activities to keep our son occupied and entertained. We absolutely loved their help and can’t wait to come back and have them again.
Josie
To the wonderful Josie, thank you so much for the joy you provided my son while we were in Bali. Every day Josie turned up my (2.5yo) son would run up to her excited about the day she had planned.
Throughout the day we had great communication, and she shared updates about their adventures but she also had full control of the day so it meant we had a proper break and uninterrupted pool time.
I couldn’t recommend her more, and will absolutely be booking her next time we’re in Bali.
Ruth, Josie, Kusi and Komang
Once again, we have had an amazing experience using Bali’s Best Babysitting. We booked last minute so had four women (two each day) over the week. Each of these women were so kind and caring with our twins. We couldn’t fault the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a nanny in Bali.
