Just wanted to say thank you for providing such amazing Nannies for our Bali trip. Candra, Eka and Gloria were all amazing. My husband and I immediately felt comfortable with leaving our 3yr old and 6 month old boys with them. Each one took a huge load off our hands with caring for the boys, whether it was simple nappy changes or making sure our 6 month old was looked after while we were out and about doing activities with our 3yr old. They also allowed my husband and I some quality alone time to go shopping, get massages and simply go out to have dinner together.

I would also like to give a shout out to your driver Made, we used him multiple times during our trip. His car was clean and comfortable, the baby seats supplied were well maintained and our toddler loved him! He also made sure we felt safe and comfortable on the crazy Bali roads.

We will be back to Bali in the future and will definitely be using your service again.

Thank you again for helping make our holiday one we will not forget. We have been raving about your service to anyone that will listen since we have been home.

Each nanny was incredibly professional: always punctual, flexible with our schedule, and, most importantly, genuinely warm, caring, and attentive with our two young boys. They made a real effort to engage with them through play and activities, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday.

The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and the communication and organization from your team were excellent throughout.

We recently hired Desak for a week with my 5 and 7 year old daughters.

They haven’t had a nanny before and were initially apprehensive.

Desak won them over straight away with Labubu slime and sticky bubbles.

Desak was a complete professional and capable nanny and built the girls trust very quickly.

She also helped protect my girls when the child of another family was turning nasty and knew when to separate the children from her.

The girls saw Desak as their Indonesian big sister.

Komang was wonderful. We absolutely loved her.

I would just like to say thank you again to your company and to Nanny Umi. Because of Nanny Umi, my husband and I was able to enjoy our vacation with one of our best friends (who also booked Nanny Kumang).

My only regret is that I should have availed of your services from the very first day haha

We just spent 7 nights in Bali with our two boys ages 4 & 5. My boys are VERY active and can be a lot to manage. Rama was so incredible with them. She brought new toys and activities everyday and they had the best time with her. I’d highly recommend Rama. She (like a mother) knows what the boys need, if she could see they were getting tired or needed a break, or a shower, or bath or food she was right onto it!

It’s hard as a mum to trust anyone else with your child – especially overseas. I never have to stress or worry when it comes to Rama. She has been a blessing to our family when we come to Bali. Our son loves Rama and has a special bond with Rama now. He misses Rama when we are in Australia and always is so happy to see her when we land in Bali. Rama is a great nanny and will look after your children like her own. We love Rama as our own family now. Rama ensures our son has the best holiday doing activities he loves to do while we can relax. Definitely 10/10 for Rama always!

We have used Ketut quite a few times now over a few visits to Bali. We have three kids under 7 and have found her to be fantastic. She has a lovely way with the kids and they really respond to her. We will definitely employ her again if we come back to Bali.

Just wanted to say how amazing Tuti was with my almost 2yo. She was so calm and patient. My little one has quite the attitude. Tuti supplied toys for her to play with, which I forgot to pack, she handled nap time like a dream! So experienced and super lovely. I wish I had used the service for my whole holiday and not just the last day.

We had the lovely lucy, she was amazing with our kids. My 2 year old daughter especially loved playing and hanging out with her. When it was our last day my son who is 5 also asked me if she could come home to New Zealand with us! So I think it’s safe to say she was a hit with our kids.

We felt safe and comfortable with the kids in her care and when she was around us as a family it was relaxed and comfortable – exactly what we were looking for.
