We’d love to give feedback on Ruth. She was incredible, baby focused, allowed us to enjoy our holiday. When Lily was sick for a day Ruth made sure she was with us to support us through that. Ruth was flexible, responsive, and genuinely cared.

She travelled to other locations to meet us, accompanied us to dinners as well as stayed with our child in the room when that was best.

She was trustworthy and such a positive part of our holiday, she also used initiative to assist us.

I can not speak more highly of her and I will look for her to join us every time we head over to Bali. We really appreciated her and loved her being part of our holiday family.

Our nannies were fantastic!!! Ani and Ruth were exceptional and made our holiday so enjoyable for ourselves and our kids. Our toddler and baby loved playing with them both, and as parents we felt fully comfortable leaving our children with them so we could have a bit of relaxing time. They were very respectful of all of our requests, and made sure that our children were taken care of to the best standard possible. They just slotted in as part of the family and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area which was helpful when looking for activities to do with the family and when searching for restaurants etc. This is the second time we’ve used BBB and second time we’ve Ani as our nanny and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone holidaying in Bali!

This is our fourth experience with Balis Best Babysitting, we keep coming back for a reason! Our nanny’s have been holiday game changers every time, it gives us a much needed opportunity to enjoy a holiday with a little less on our plates. I 100% recommend this service for any families considering hiring a nanny in Bali.

I just wanted to thank Rama for being absolutely amazing with our kids. She turned up on time and with a bag of activities and fun which my kids were over the moon about. Both kids had been nervous about being babysat by a stranger but after a few minutes they waved us off with no fuss. She even organised my son’s suitcase that was a mess! She really was fabulous and we couldn’t be more grateful. Book her! You won’t regret it.

We absolutely love Komang D. She is always so sweet with my son. Literally the highlight of our trip. She is very thoughtful and always ensure my son’s safety. We will be using your service next time when we return.

During our recent 12-day stay in Bali, we had the absolute pleasure of having Lina as our babysitter for our two daughters, aged 8 months and 3.5 years. From the very beginning, Lina exceeded our expectations with her exceptional care and dedication.

Lina’s boundless energy and enthusiasm were evident every single day. She was always attentive, ensuring both our daughters received the care and attention they needed. Collaborating seamlessly with another babysitter, Lina introduced new and engaging activities daily, keeping our 3.5-year-old delighted and eager for more. It’s heartwarming to see our eldest continually talk about Lina and express her desire to play with her again.

Lina’s positive attitude and warm personality made her an invaluable part of our vacation. Her ability to connect with our children and provide them with a safe, fun, and nurturing environment allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time in Bali.

Rama was amazing! Her connection with our little one was perfect from the first timeslot. Rama always put hygiene first and kept our little one safe and happy.

She still does a few moves that Rama taught her till now and we are back in Australia.

We had Wayan look after our children on our Bali trip. She was outstanding with both our baby and our toddler. She knew all the tricks, and understood their routine straight away. Thank you Wayan for everything, we will be sure to get in touch next time we are in Bali 🙂

Our family travelled to Bali in 2025 and had signed up for a nanny from BBB as a friend recommended their services. We were nervous but it was the best decision we made for our holiday. Our nanny was Eka, and our daughter (16 months old) loved playing and spending time with Eka. In Australia our daughter struggled with daycare but with Eka as our nanny our daughter thrived on our holiday (sleeping for naps, eating and playing). Eka was attentive and worked out what our daughter loved to do and engaged with her interests. Eka was fun and caring and always managed to make our daughter smile. She went above and beyond our expectations, and we honestly could not be happier with our experience using Balis Best Babysitting. 5 stars. ❤️
