I just wanted to give you some feed back on how we found your service.

We have been to Bali 4 times before and have often found the babysitters a bit hit and miss. This stay we booked through Balis Best Babysitting and didn’t expect to much based on other trips. To say we have been absolutely thrilled with both the service and the 4 different nannies we had would be an understatement…..we would 100% recommend and will absolutely be booking again when we return. We had 4 different nannies for our 13 night stay and each and everyone was so kind, caring, and playful. They all kept an eye on our 2 year old active boy as if he was their own and helped with our two older girls 10 and 8 but playing with them and telling stories about Bali culture. Thank you so much for making this trip one to remember and giving us time to relax knowing our children were safe.

We had the pleasure of having Ketut, Umi and Cicik look after our two boys, aged 2 and 5. They were all fabulous. The 2 year old gets a bit of separation anxiety and he was absolutely fine with Ketut, Umi and Cicik. They brought great toys, drawing books, took them swimming. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better nannies. Very grateful to all 3 of them for supporting our family and allowing us all to have a great, relaxing holiday. We will absolutely book through Balis Best Babysitting again for our next trip’.

Narie was amazing, she is very experienced, friendly and knew how to connect with our toddler straight away.

Our nanny, Ketut Tika, was exceptional. She radiates a beautiful energy about her and has a heart of gold. From the moment I met her, I knew she was perfect for my little boy. He instantly bonded with her, reaching out for cuddles and playtime. I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care from the very beginning. We will miss her dearly, and I know my son will too. We look forward to returning to Bali to receive her professional services and care for our little boy! I highly recommend Ketut—if only we could bring her home with us! Thanks Ketut, we love you!

Over our 2 week stay in Bali we used 3 different nannies for casual care of our little girls aged 3 and 1. We had Wayan, Narie, & Wati and they were all so wonderful with our girls.

Wayan has the most lovely calm and gentle nature. She played with our girls in the shallow pool at the resort and made them balloon animals.

Narie had a lovely bubbly personality. She was so easy to chat with and the girls adored playing playdoh with her. And Wati is confident and young and fun; she swam in the pool with the girls, played with them and made bracelets.

My 3yo is quite sensitive and doesn’t go to new people easily and she just connected with all 3 nannies straight away. It made our holiday easier having an extra pair of hands and allowed my husband and I to do a few activities kid-free (scuba diving and a date night at Rock Bar). We had the best holiday, made even better by your service so thank you so much. We will absolutely connect again when we are back in Bali next!

I can’t thank you enough for providing us with the best Nannie’s, we have never used a nanny with our children before. I have only ever left my boys with there dad or my mum. We were heading to Bali with the mind set of just using the extra hands and within an hour we felt completely comfortable with Gloria that we left our boys to play with her at kids club.

Both Gloria and Umi were so warm and welcoming towards us and our boys we all felt at home straight away.

Gloria was amazing with both boys they wanted her to come back each day. We will definitely be hiring her again.

Umi was also amazing, especially with Logan our 1 year old. Once again we would also hire her again.

We can’t wait to come back hopefully next year and have the wonderful help of Gloria or Umi.

We cannot say enough good things about our time with Nanny Umi and Nanny Rai.

They are professional, warm and kind and they worked so well together as a team for our crew of three children (cousins).

The children took to them instantly and they both showed such care and energy with our little people.

It is an added bonus that they swim so well and are so ready to hop in the pool. We are counting the days till we are back in Bali and hoping to book these wonderful women again. Having their trustworthy assistance on the trip really made the holiday.

We had Umi again, but only for 2 days as she booked out so quickly!!

Umi was great with my daughter – so patient and engaging with her. My daughter is super clingy with me and is sometimes tough to get her to go to other people, but Umi spent the time getting her comfortable.

We would use Umi again, and hopefully next time we can book her for our full holiday.

We were ecstatic to be able to book Eka again for our second visit to Bali with our 3.5 year old daughter! It felt like time had not passed as she took amazing care of our daughter and caught up with each other about life. Eka is like family to us and she put our minds at ease when we weren’t with our daughter. I’d highly recommend Bali’s Best Babysitting & Eka for anyone in need of childcare in the Bali area!

We were so grateful that Bali Best Babysitting were able to provide us a nanny on short notice because someone I had booked privately through Facebook cancelled last minute. Ririn was amazing! She helped my husband settle our 8 month old to sleep and took perfect care of him while we attended a wedding. We would definitely book Ririn again if we make it back to Bali!
