I am writing to provide feedback on our recent holiday at the Sofitel, Nusa Dua, Bali from 8-14 November.

Melani was our assigned babysitter and from the moment we met her, we knew we had made a good decision for our holiday!

Melani was so wonderful with our daughter Daphne, she was caring, kind, warm, affectionate, funny but also very professional. Daphne immediately warmed to Melani and was happy to spend the six hours with her every day. Melani was trustworthy and generous. Each day Melani brought different toys for Daphne to play with, and she even brought little presents for Daphne to make her feel special and treated.

I could not have enjoyed my holiday any more than I did, and this was really because Melani was caring for our daughter and I was completely relaxed about that arrangement.

I would highly recommend Melani and Bali’s Best Babysitting service to any family – and I have!!

We will definitely be back to Bali and booking Melani well in advance. She is a beautiful person and I wish her very success with her job and her family.

Feedback on our Nanny, Desak:

Desak was a great assistance to our time in Bali. She was warm and engaging with our whole family including both of boys (aged 3.5 years and 8 months). She built relationships easily, was accommodating to our needs, was flexible with locations/timings and even brought water balloons to play with which our eldest son loved. We loved our time with her and will defintely use Desak on future family visits to Bali. Thank you Desak!!

Today we said a sad farewell to our fantastic nanny Josie.

She was with us from 11th-18th Nov.

We would just like to say, that were so very impressed with her ability to bond with our son and make friends with him from day one.

We immediately felt comfortable to go and enjoy our holiday, knowing that our son was having a fun time with her; going in the pool, going for walks and lots and lots of play time.

Josie is a very special lady, she is very kind and thoughtful. We loved having her with us during our stay in Bali, and will be highly recommending her and the Bali best babysitting service to our friends and colleagues.

We used nanny Kusi for the second time this year. The kids (aged 2 & 4) were so excited to see her again. As last time, Kusi treated the kids like they were her own. She was so gentle and patient with them and they just adore her. I wish I could have brought her home with us! Can’t wait to see Kusi again in the future!

Here is my review of my Bali Nanny, we had Lucy.

We were so happy with our Nanny Lucy, my 8 month old loved her straight away. She was calm, knew what to do without having to be told, at times I forgot I even had a child. She would get him to sleep and stay in our room with him for his long nap while we were hanging in the pool. Take him for walks and play with him in the kids club. I Will definitely be booking with her when I go again, I think he definitely had a better holiday because of her attending to him at all times. Thank you so much Lucy!

Regarding our recent trip to Bali we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bali’s Best Baby Sitting. What an incredible service you provide. Our beautiful Nanny/babysitter was absolutely amazing with my 2 kids and we will definitely be using her again in the future.

We had nanny Wayan S for the past 6 days. She was amazing with our 18 month old son. She was patient, and gave him her full attention. She often packed different toys each day and made balloon animals with him. Wayan would take our son swimming a lot as he really enjoys it. You can see nanny Wayan loves her job. She is gentle kind and caring. We will be using Nanny Wayan when we return to Bali.

We had Tuti look after our 10 month old daughter on two separate nights while we attended a wedding in Bali. She was punctual, great with communication and our daughter instantly warmed to and loved spending time with her. She was very flexible with times and a pleasure to deal with. We were very impressed with both Tuti and Balis Best Babysitting and will definitely book with you again if we return to Bali.

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou for providing us with such an amazing nanny for Leo, miss ketut tika. She was just such a beautiful natured lady she took such good care of our soon and made him feel so safe and secure the 2 days she had him. I couldn’t be happier and I will be recommending her to other parents.
