We would like to provide the following feedback to the nanny RAI.

We used her services for two weeks, 6 hours per day, to look after our 7 months old son Leonardo. Rai is very experience and diligent, she followed all the instructions we gave her – she played with Leo, fed him, put to sleep, talked and sang nursery rythmes. What we liked the most was her pro-active approach. She offered her advice like what to feed to Leo, even brought toys and fruit from home and volunteered to make him a massage. Leo loved staying with her, he was always calm and happy after she let, which for us was the best mark of quality. Overall, I would recommend RAI and Bali Best babysitting to anyone who wants to hire a reliable and experienced nanny for their little precious.

We had the pleasure of having Siti as a Nanny for our 3 year old a couple of weeks ago. She immediately made a connection with our little girl and really got to know her throughout the week, she always had some party tricks or activities up her sleeve to keep her very entertained. And she was able to put her to bed by the count of 3.

How could we ask for more?! We hope to have Siti Nanny for us again in the future.

This was the first time we’ve ever booked a babysitter for our kids and to be honest we weren’t sure what to expect. My husband was quite reluctant to hire one but with lots of persuading I got him on board and boy was it the best decision we ever made… we actually got to enjoy our much awaited trip to Bali with a perfect mix of family time and us time.

We had the pleasure of working with Wayan A for 10 days. We have two toddlers who are very attached to us, especially my 1.5 year old son who doesn’t really go to anyone besides me or my husband.

Both our kids absolutely LOVED Wayan and still ask about her every day since returning home.

She adapted to our routine within a few hours, made the kids feel comfortable, safe and most importantly looked after them as if they were her own.

If you’re in two minds about hiring a nanny in Bali, DO IT! (Especially Wayan A) You will not regret it.

We were absolutely delighted to have Mel join us for our holiday. The children absolutely adored her. She was with us for dinner and did bed time routines. My 2yo had a fantastic time playing with her at kids club or in the pool or just wandering around the gardens naming things or counting things. Mel was always engaging and attentive. My 8yo enjoyed her as well and was able to find a balance with playing with his friends whilst being supervised in our absence.

Many tears were shed when we said goodbye and we’ll definitely see her again at our next trip! Thank you so much!

Eka is absolutely amazing and I’ve been using her for about 5 years now and she is all I could ask for. My son absolutely loves her and even now is asking where she is and when we can go back and see her. Even while in Bali he would wake up and ask where is eka and when is she coming, that’s how much he loves her. Can’t wait to come back and see her again ☺️

I just want to write and say a massive thank you to Komang and Balis Best Babysitting.

Komang looked after my 10 month old son for the afternoon and evening. She was professional and friendly which made leaving my son so easy. I was able to trust her and he loved going swimming, and playing with her. Even sending us little videos and photos of him.

Will definitely recommend to family and friends. We will also be certainly using her and the company again!

This is our second time with Nanny Umi A!

After meeting Umi on our first trip, and having a wonderful experience, we decided to stay in Bali longer (10 days), across 2 different resorts.

Our 2.5year old, immediately warmed up to Umi, again.

He would choose to spend time with Umi in the kids clubs, the pools, and even sharing dinners with her.

Umi is so gentle, warm and caring. Our boy is still asking about her. Looking at photos and videos and asking for our return to Bali.

Umi has so much initiative, is always considering the child’s safety and comfort.

She also really knows how to show them a good time.

I cannot recommend Umi enough for families that are looking for a special time away with their little ones.

Putu Lucy and Komang were wonderful with my 4 year old. They entertained him, were both very patient with him, and brought lots of toys and balloons he could play with. He constantly talked about Lucy and Koko when they left for the day and was excited when they returned. Thank you, Lucy and Koko!

As a parent there are few decisions more significant than who looks after your child… and few greater comforts than when you meet someone like Rai, who you KNOW will do an amazing job.

Rai became part of our family (for the second time) this year, over the course of a month we spent in several locations around Bali.

My wife and I truly got to enjoy a break from a very busy schedule, while Rai and our daughter bonded daily and had a wonderful time.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, and wouldn’t come to Bali again without booking her to join us first.
