It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Sorry for the delay in writing… just wanted to say how wonderful the Nannie’s were for us and thank you again for organising such and amazing schedule at last minute. It was so appreciated and honestly, every one of them were just amazing. Obviously special mention to nanny Desak and nanny wayan who we saw the most. I’ve attached some cute pics too.
Just wanted to say my huge thanks and we obviously thanked them too but let them all know how amazing they are. Working so hard day after day away from their own families, it was so appreciated.

I have just returned home to Australia after a Bali holiday. We had Umi for five days at Ayana Resort with my two children.
I just wanted to pass on my many Thanks as she did a wonderful job. I never worried about the children with Umi and she truly is a beautiful person. Both my children keep asking when they are going to see her again. She was very flexible and accommodating with our busy schedule as we got married whilst at Ayana.
Umi was very professional yet warm and friendly, I will be requesting her on our next Bali trip!

Nanny Melly
Melly was absolutely fantastic. She spent 4 days with my very energetic 2 year old and was great with him. She was attentive, used great initiative and has superb English. She went swimming in the pool with our son, changed, bathed and fed him. She built a great relationship with him and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. We will most certainly book her again for when we are back in Bali!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our Nanny Putu Lucy was simply amazing. She allowed us to actually have a rest on our holiday, we even got to read a book, enjoy lunches and dinners out etc. She was fantastic. She knew a lot about allergies, she was very respectful of his routine and our wishes on how we wanted him to be cared for, very flexible, extremely caring and safety conscious, and all around just a wonderful person who we were happy to trust with our child. Will definitely use BBB again and Putu will be top of our list!

Eka was amazing with our 21 month old son. Immediately she built a rapport and we felt so comfortable leaving him with her. She was in constant contact with us while we were out which we appreciated. We were sad that we didn’t get to book her again as we left early due to COVID19.

Umi
This was the first time using a nanny when going on a holiday to Bali, so we were quite nervous and so many times thought about cancelling. On the first day we meet Umi we felt so comfortable and all our worries went away. Umi has the most calming nature and a beautiful personality. Umi was amazing with our children (3 and 7). She did activities that she new the children enjoyed. We cant wait to come back to Bali and see Umi again 🙂

We were lucky enough to have Nanny Umi look after our children for the 2nd time. They were so excited to have her look after them again, and so were we! Umi helps make our holiday so much more enjoyable and relaxed. She helps take care of the children and keeps them entertained. We can’t wait to return to Bali and see Umi again.

Ani looked after our 7 month daughter everyday for 10 days while we were in Canggu. She was professional, experienced, kind and loving and always happy. Her level of English was very good. When we come to Bali next time I will be asking for Ani. Ria looked after our older children when we went out for dinner some nights. Ria was on time, professional, kind and worked hard. Using Balis Best babysitting made our holiday easy and carefree.
