It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Ati was a delight and the children miss her already! Ati looked after our three children aged 7 to 3 years old for one week (8 hrs a day) and I cannot recommend her enough. I will 100% requesting Ati next time we are in Bali. PS She is a craft queen – which was a huge hit for my kids!

We spent 7 nights in Bali and had the wonderful Umi live-in with us to help out with our two sons, aged 3.5 years and 15 months.
Umi is such a kind and caring person. Our kids warmed to her very quickly and she was a pleasure to have around. During her time with us she prepared meals for the kids, bathed them, put them to bed and performed all other kid-related duties. She brought toys along with her. The kids really enjoyed spending time with her. It was so lovely to see her interacting and playing with the kids. Everyone was having fun.
Having a live-in nanny allowed my husband and I to have a real break. We still spent quality time with the kids, lots of playing in the pool and walks around the neighbourhood. It also meant that we could enjoy one-on-one time with each other knowing that the kids were well taken care of and enjoying themselves.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Umi to other families and we look forward to having her stay with us on our next trip to Bali.

Our holiday in Bali was truly made wonderful by our nanny Umi. Her care (and patience) with both our 5 years and 1 year old boys was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she even went out of our way picking up laundry and supplies when we needed it. Wati was truly amazing and the perfect addition to our family holiday. We could not more highly recommend Wati for anyone travelling to Bali. We missed her the day we said goodbye and will definitely book her for our future trips. Our 1.5yr old loved Wati and felt so comfortable with her that it made our trip truly relaxing for my husband and I. Wati is a lovely and caring lady with 2 sons of her own. We as 2 separate families hired Putu and Wayan A to care for 4 children in total. The service and care we got from these Beautiful souls made our trip such an amazing one. From painting, bracelet making, origami and pot decorating, these ladies had it sorted! Our boys loved them and often chose the Nannies over us. Putu and Wayan were a total extension of our family. Thank you BBS for providing such incredible staff. It has only been a week and we miss them already !Š

Wayan and Eka watched our 2 year old son while in Ubud and Sanur. Wayan was only with Jack for 2 days when we first arrived, and we were overall satisfied with her care.
Eka was with Jack for 5 days in Sanur, and she was amazing. By chance, she was the same nanny we used the last time we were in Bali. Eka is very professional, speaks great English, follows all of your instructions and goes above and beyond. She is energetic and positive, and Jack had lots of fun with her. She is very competent and experienced. She even helped my mom when she was sick and needed to get to the hospital, helped us order food several times, and always made sure Jack was perfectly taken care of. We hope to use Eka again when we return to Bali. Jack is still asking about her. Thank you Eka!

We had Ria to babysit for one night. She was amazing. My 9 year old boy was a bit cynical to start, but within minutes was busy making origami birds and cool wrist bands.
