It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

I was recommended by my sister in law about BBBS and it was first time for us to have nannies in Bali. My 3y.o and 1y.o had great time with them 🙂 Especially Cicik was very good at reporting to me which made me feel more comfortable, she sent me a video while we were out for lunch to show me what they are doing. We will definitely use BBBS when we go back next time!

Cicik was our Nanny from 1st of February 2019 until the 15th of April 2019 and supported us with our three kids (1, 3, 5 years old) whereas she mainly looked after our youngest one.
All our kids as well as we (my wife and I) truly loved her and the time together. We felt like a bigger family with her. She was very reliable, speaks perfect English, is a good swimmer and most importantly she treated our kids and baby like they were hers. Moreover, she is a fun and very friendly person, super supportive with a great heart and soul.
We are extremely thankful and glad that we had her as our Nanny during our stay in Bali (where she was mainly alone with my wife and the three kids) as she made life so much easier and enjoyable for us.
We are happy to fully recommend her without any exception and would always take her again when and if we return to Bali.
Last but not least, “Balis Best Babysitting” is very professional, reliable and supportive and by far better than any other Babysitting or Nanny Service that we have previously experienced in Bali.

Had the pleasure to have our boys (1yr) and (3yr) looked after by Melly for 6 days. She was amazing: joyful, caring and assertive! Our children don’t speak english but this wasn’t a problem. They had a great time and Melly was a star. Our first time with a nanny but certainly not the last!

Thanks to Umi for her loving care of our darling 11mos twin girls. Umi’s soothing, friendly nature won our girls over within day one (& one of our girls is quite reserved). It provided us the flexibility & peace to spend much needed time together. Our time was split between large resort (with Kids Club) & private villa. We booked Umi for 8hrs each day & eventually concluded afternoon & early evening shifts worked best for us & the girls, allowing us to spend each morning with the girls. We’d briefly come home to help with feed/bath, given their were 2 babies but found Umi had technique’s allowing her to manage this herself & that we were a distraction in her settling them. We had Ririn for my 2 children aged 3 yrs and 10 months and i couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Ive never left my children for long periods with anyone before and was a bit nervous at the thought but she took such good care of my children we were so happy with her and how the kids responded to her. Ririn knew my kids routines very quickly and was always one step ahead of me so that really helped us being able to have time not worrying about the kids. She took the kids to play centre and Frankensteins and swimming and the kids had so much fun. My children genuinely developed a bond with her and so i wouldn’t hesitate to use this service and have Ririn as a nanny next time we are in Bali. Thank you again.

Umi was absolutely incredible. The help, care and generosity she showed our little bubba was as if she were her own. Umi took our bubba swimming with complete confidence, played with her all day whilst encouraging fresh food, routine and walks. Our honeymoon would have not been the same without her help, we did not worry for a second leaving our baby girl in her hands. She quickly became part of the family and was a pleasure to have around, teaching us as parents so many tricks! This company treats their staff so well and encourages such fair trade and practice with their staff which is so clear through Umi happiness to work and help.
