Thanks to Umi for her loving care of our darling 11mos twin girls. Umi’s soothing, friendly nature won our girls over within day one (& one of our girls is quite reserved). It provided us the flexibility & peace to spend much needed time together. Our time was split between large resort (with Kids Club) & private villa. We booked Umi for 8hrs each day & eventually concluded afternoon & early evening shifts worked best for us & the girls, allowing us to spend each morning with the girls. We’d briefly come home to help with feed/bath, given their were 2 babies but found Umi had technique’s allowing her to manage this herself & that we were a distraction in her settling them. We couldn’t recommend Umi more highly to care for your LO’s. Thank-you Umi. Love from Liberty & Piper

We had Ririn for my 2 children aged 3 yrs and 10 months and i couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Ive never left my children for long periods with anyone before and was a bit nervous at the thought but she took such good care of my children we were so happy with her and how the kids responded to her. Ririn knew my kids routines very quickly and was always one step ahead of me so that really helped us being able to have time not worrying about the kids. She took the kids to play centre and Frankensteins and swimming and the kids had so much fun. My children genuinely developed a bond with her and so i wouldn’t hesitate to use this service and have Ririn as a nanny next time we are in Bali. Thank you again.

We just spent 10 days in Bali with our two year old. We had prebooked a nanny from 9am-1pm daily but after having the luxury of Umi W for two mornings we decided to to book the remainder of our trip for afternoon naps and evenings.

As we left it til the last minute, we ended up with 7 different nanny’s in total over the 10 days. Luckily they were all amazing and our little one was open and friendly with them but it would’ve been so much better if we’d had only one or two for the whole time. The other thing is we couldn’t do big day trips as we had to be back by 1pm for the nanny (changeover) which we wouldn’t do next time either so book in advance if you want a regular nanny.

I can’t speak highly enough of the nanny’s, they captivate them from the moment they arrive and take over with bathing, swimming, walks, naps, sleeps, nature, lunch, everything – almost to the point where you miss them and they don’t want a bar of you. You still get to hang out but they aren’t dependent on you for every little thing. We got to go for massages, swims, cocktails by the adult pool, lovely restaurants, etc and it made it a holiday for us as well as her. She also had a ball with them!

I would highly recommend Umi W, Ririn and Eka as they were really bubbly and Isla just loved them. She still asks about them!

Thank you Balis Best Babysitting. We had the absolute delight of having Ani with our daughter Harper over 3 days at the padma. First time for us using a nanny and admittedly i was nervous but literally within 5 minutes of meeting Ani (Arne) we were at ease. Harper is one of those kids that needs normally to be peeled off me at child care drops so it was AMAZING when she felt instantly comfortable with Ani and was waving and saying bye mummy and daddy with full smiles. She had a lovely time with Ani and it gave hubby and i the opportunity to attend a few dinners together and with friends and get some things done. The added bonus was that Ani knew the resort well so also knew where everything was.Can not recommend Ani and Balis Best Babysitting enough. We will definitely be requesting her again. She is magic, kind and beautiful. Thank you Ani x

I couldn’t recommend Komang more highly, we were blown away at how great she was to us and the kids. Thank you so much for fitting in with our family perfectly and the little things that you do that is over and above expectations. Balloon animals and bracelet making was a hit with our daughter and helping our 4 month old son sleep on schedule was a success. Thanks again, see you next time Komang

Wati looked after our 23-month-old daughter while we spent some time together on our honeymoon and she was just amazing! After a day I felt like she was part of our family. Our daughter absolutely adored her and we instantly felt she was safe and cared for with her. I must also add she can make dogs out of balloons!! Lots of laughs and entertainment.

Ketut Tika looked after our almost 2-year-old daughter one afternoon and evening so we could go out to dinner together one night in Nusa Dua. She was so kind and gentle and we just adored her! A false alarm even went off at our hotel while we were out and she ran down 7 flights of stairs with our 14kg baby to ensure she was safe! I highly recommend her! She’s just amazing!

This was our first time using BBB but after our best friends recommended them (and specifically recommended Komang D) we were sold! We loved Komang D from the moment we met her. She is so calm and gentle with our 2 girls. Our eldest was actually unwell and clingy for most of the trip so I was afraid she might not go with Komang if I wasn’t around but I was wrong! Both girls loved her and went with her to kids club and for walks without me, without a fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Komang again, we wish we could take her home with us!

Having Wayan help looking after our little ones really made our holiday so much better. If it was her staying back at the villa with the kids or coming with us to the beach or dinners – she was a true professional. Our kids don’t instantly take to strangers but she handled them so well. I really didn’t worry once if the kids were OK as she was SO good with them.

We left our baby girl miss 2 in eka’s care and while we were very nervous at first in the first 10 minutes of meeting eka we were at ease! She was amazing with aneika and we will love to use her survived again in the future
