It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Cannot speak highly enough of PUTU who cared for my 3 year old daughter, Ivy for 4 days. Within 5 minutes of meeting Putu, Ivy loved her! Putu is very warm and caring and I felt very comfortable leaving Ivy with her and knowing she would be well looked after. We have had the absolute pleasure of having Denny become a part of our family over the past 4 days.
Denny looked after our stubborn 3 year old with ease while juggling the needs of a 6 month old at the same time. She was friendly, prompt and the kids loved seeing her smiling face arrive each day.
I was instantly at ease when Denny showed up, not only did she instantly relate to both kids but she also came equipped with items to distract our oldest as we left. This has always indicated to me someone that knows their stuff! It was very apparent to me from the first hour we spent with Denny that she loves her job and as she left tonight for the last time I found myself sad not because my child free time had come to an end but because her time with us had (for this trip anyway!).
We will most definitely be booking Denny again when we are in Bali next and highly recommend her.

Having never used a babysitter in Australia, I was nervous about leaving the girls but Ani was just amazing! She engaged the girls as soon as she walked in and was just the best ever!!! I was very nervous about having someone that I didn’t know come and watch my 2-year old son, but my worries faded very quickly with Nanny Rai. She was excellent right from the start. She was on-time and brought some toys with her. Immediately my son wanted to play with her and her toy horse. I was working upstairs the whole time she was here but I could hear them laughing and having a great time together. It was very comforting for me and I am so glad I found you guys! I highly recommend Nanny Rai to anyone! She was fantastic!

I just wanted to let you know how much my family loved having Ria as our nanny, she was wonderful. My kids adored her, she was so kind and gentle with them and I felt completely safe leaving them alone with her. My kids keep asking when they can see her again. We will definitely book her next time we come to Bali.

We stayed in bali for 6 days and used one of the nanny’s called Eka, she is the most amazing nanny we’ve had ! Specially for our high energy two year old ! She did so well with him, We’ve already booked her for our next trip and can’t wait to see her again!! 🙂

We were quite nervous about using a babysitter we had never met in a country we had never been to, but as soon as we met Eka we felt very comfortable. She came prepared with activities for the kids and they loved her! I would recommend Eka to anyone.

We were delighted to have Putu as our nanny again. She previously looked after our 2.5 year old when he was a baby and this time our 11 month old as well. She was absolutely wonderful with the boys, who loved her, and we had complete confidence leaving them with her. Our 2.5 year old can be a bit of a handful and she was fantastic at redirecting him and keeping him happy, and our baby would kick his legs and coo with delight when he saw her. Ketut was absolutely amazing!! I highly reccomend her. She was kind, caring, and willing to do anything my son wanted to do to have fun. This included, drawing, swimming, plaing games etc. We love her and will definately use her again.
