It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

I just wanted to let you know how much my family loved having Ria as our nanny, she was wonderful. My kids adored her, she was so kind and gentle with them and I felt completely safe leaving them alone with her. My kids keep asking when they can see her again. We will definitely book her next time we come to Bali.

We stayed in bali for 6 days and used one of the nanny’s called Eka, she is the most amazing nanny we’ve had ! Specially for our high energy two year old ! She did so well with him, We’ve already booked her for our next trip and can’t wait to see her again!! 🙂

We were delighted to have Putu as our nanny again. She previously looked after our 2.5 year old when he was a baby and this time our 11 month old as well. She was absolutely wonderful with the boys, who loved her, and we had complete confidence leaving them with her. Our 2.5 year old can be a bit of a handful and she was fantastic at redirecting him and keeping him happy, and our baby would kick his legs and coo with delight when he saw her. Ketut was absolutely amazing!! I highly reccomend her. She was kind, caring, and willing to do anything my son wanted to do to have fun. This included, drawing, swimming, plaing games etc. We love her and will definately use her again.

What an amazing service you guys offer! We we were thoroughly impressed with both the standard of care, flexibility and kindness of both nannies we used on our recent trip. We had the pleasure of Denny joining our family for four days recently. Denny immediately gelled with my two boys (ages 22 months and 3 years). She was fantastic at preempting their needs and I felt myself relax every day as she arrived. She was confident in the water and very protective over my youngest who likes to jump in the deep end. My husband got a real chance to relax for the first time in years. She was amazing at getting them to sleep and they both had very long naps under her care. I can’t wait to return to Bali and have Denny join us again. Thank you!

We used BBS in 3 locations whilst in Bali. I have to say that the service and standards were exceptional, we had Eka in Seminyak and she set the tone for a brilliant experience. When we moved to Ubud we used Komang D for nearly 50 hours! She was amazing and our kids loved her, we will certainly be in touch when we return in 2020!

What a revelation it was to have a nanny! I did 2 trips to Bali in quick succession and as a solo mum decided if I were to be able to actually have a proper holiday I would need some help. While a bit nervous, I decided to trust the BBB reviews and booked in Ririn for both trips.
Best. Decision. Ever.
My 2.5 year old can be a bit shy and suspicious of new people but Ririn had all the tricks up her sleeve that were needed to win my girl over. Not only was she great with my daughter but she was lovely, generally personable and good for a chat! Not sure I’ll be able to do Bali without a nanny in future… Fingers crossed we’ll be able to get Ririn again down the track !Š
